They've been doing it for years. Two or three years ago, a high ranking Mexican official was indicted for smuggling Arabs into the US! She was a cabinet member, but I can't remember her name or what department she was head of. The Bush administration knows this. They've known this yet did nothing. They're still doing nothing.
