There is a pic of Evita and Lurch under the headline, which currently is unclickable. More news to follow, I would gather.
UPDATE
XXXXX DRUDGE REPORT XXXXX WED AUG 11, 2004 11:46:29 ET XXXXX SEPARATE HOTEL ROOMS AFTER SHOUTING MATCH
**Exclusive**
Democrat presidential hopeful John Kerry and his wife got into a heated argument after a campaign rally in Arizona Sunday night -- a heated argument so hot they spent the night in different rooms!
A well-placed law enforcement source tells DRUDGE how Kerry and Teresa Heinz moved to separate suites at Flagstaff's Little America Hotel.
"It was a cooling off, nothing more," says a top source.
The stress of the campaign and the nonstop tour of battleground states is taking a toll on the Kerrys.
Teresa Heinz Kerry has been confiding in staffers how the tour is just "nonstop movement" and how there "is no time just to 'be.'"

Edwards couldn't win reelection in his own state. He's been marginalized in the KerryEdwards campaign, except for buddy photo ops. Edwards was foisted on Kerry by Bill Clinton to get Edwards out of the way for 2008. All of what you say is true. None of it makes Edward unviable as a candidate for President in this election cycle.
Compare Edwards with Kerry, in a national election. Kerry has lots more baggage. Doesn't mean either is electable to CINC.

there are separate beds...and that was not enough...

why does clinton need to have kerry lose in '04 in order to run in '08? If Kerry were to win, he would be the incumbent in 2008. Hillary would have to wait until 2012. She isn't aging well. Of course, there is always arkanside.

My thought was if they replace Kerry, Edwards is pushed for Pres. and Hillary as VP......for the children, you know. I know it's far-fetched but I think Kerry's toast for this election and the Dems smell blood with Bush and Iraq, illegals, etc.
To: gunnygail
Relax. If Hillary is a dem candidate or just dem veep candidate....they will get clobbered.
Many people hate her. People actually HATE her.

Hey... there's another lady in the news right now, who caught her husband a set of whoppers about his past, and paid the ultimate price. Kerry can't commit murder so what's he going to do?

"Wonder who wears the pants in this family??? "
- Didn't he have to borrow her VISA card yesterday to buy her a trinket? Now she locks him out of the bedroom. If this "war hero" can't even handle Mama T, how is he going to get Chirac & Co. to go along with his highly nuanced plans for the middle east? Time to pull that green beret Cambodia souvenir out of his briefcase and have a talk with his imaginary friend on the meaning of courage. Mama T ain't running' away and she ain't wearing' no loincloth.
BWAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

How will Hillary win in '08? Her reputation as a stump for a philanderer will forever haunt her as well as the dirty laundry that is still in the spin cycle (pun intended).

If I remember correctly, Terry was quoted as saying that "I've only known John for nine years, so I don't know him very well." Egads.

She may be on some type of medication as others have speculated. Frankly, I think Sen. Heinz's money has gone to her head.
My father was raised in a rather affluent household. To this day, I use his demeanor to compare real character in another. When talking to you, he would stand with his two hands clasped in front of him, look you in the eye, and whether he was interested or not, he gave you his full attention. (I've seen President Bush standing just like my dad used to on countless occasions.) He was the epitome of a gentleman, never spoke a harsh word about anyone, and honor meant more to him than life.
His actions had nothing to do with wealth and everything to do with character. Mrs. Kerry's actions since she has been in the spotlight of this campaign shed considerable light on her true character.

I know a guy who told his wife-to-be that he was in Nam and never wanted to talk about it. Right...he was in the Army Reserves and went to camp for two weeks every summer. To this day, she's clueless.

I'm surprised John had the cajones to correct Terry. He's been quoted as saying he let's what she says stand on its own.

What really happened was that SHE sent him to his room.
Then HE said, "Well I'm not paying for it!"
Then SHE said, "You never do, I do."
Then He said, "Yep, you always have to Pay For IT!"
