There is a pic of Evita and Lurch under the headline, which currently is unclickable. More news to follow, I would gather.
UPDATE
XXXXX DRUDGE REPORT XXXXX WED AUG 11, 2004 11:46:29 ET XXXXX SEPARATE HOTEL ROOMS AFTER SHOUTING MATCH
**Exclusive**
Democrat presidential hopeful John Kerry and his wife got into a heated argument after a campaign rally in Arizona Sunday night -- a heated argument so hot they spent the night in different rooms!
A well-placed law enforcement source tells DRUDGE how Kerry and Teresa Heinz moved to separate suites at Flagstaff's Little America Hotel.
"It was a cooling off, nothing more," says a top source.
The stress of the campaign and the nonstop tour of battleground states is taking a toll on the Kerrys.
Teresa Heinz Kerry has been confiding in staffers how the tour is just "nonstop movement" and how there "is no time just to 'be.'"

I agree about her looking depressed. Campaigning must be a huge strain on your relationship, and you have to be "on" at all times. That must be wearing when you're trying to figure out which version is the "truth" today.
That said, I'm trying to figure out the clothing thing. Wrinkly pants too short to be full length, too long to be capris, with those awful tennis shoes, all covered with a wrinkly shirt and a straw hat; is she really going for the frump vote?

Judging from the pictures we typically see of this pair, Teresa does not appear to enjoy being married to JF'nK -- I get the idea she can't stand him. It's one thing to be married and living separately, quite another to be stuck with him for an extended "happy together time" tour. Look for this to become the norm....

I don't think the Kerry's marriage is anything like the Clinton's and certainly not a business arrangement. Or at least Mrs. Heinz didn't plan for it to become that way. I think she is a romantic who was in love with her first husband and tried to replicate it with another senator. He, OTOH, just wanted her money. She was sharp enough to force him to sign a prenup, but is only now seeing the degree which her money was a factor in their marriage. She doesn't have the political aspirations Hill has. She wants to be left alone to distribute her millions in her foundations... This campaign is getting in her way and it's showing her what she really married...

I think that Heinz plane was hit by lightning, in the sky over Philadelphia.
Nope. they thought they had a landing gear problem and a helicopter was sent out to look at it. The copter got to close and it's rotors hit the airplane.

The stress of the campaign and the nonstop tour of battleground states is taking a toll on the Kerrys. The President of the United States is under stress 100 times this every day. It would appear that Kerry is not up to the job.

I bet she is. I also would imagine that "Mama T" has a problem with all the political jokes and just plain jokes going around about her heinz-ness and his lurch-ness.
Some people, especially rich, spoiled heiresses, can not take the name-calling and such that is typical of a political campaign. I feel sorry for her - I sure don't like her - but I do feel sorry for her. She is one sick puppy, a puppy tired of having her nose "rubbed in it".
