Used pseudonym on the FR, called Muslims Rag Heads and apologized after the left found out that he's an author. He said his comments made on the FR were just jokes and the left should calm down.

This is all I heard since I just turned on the Radio in the middle of the program and didn't hear the introduction.

The author said that people were e-mailing his business wanting him to be fired for the comments made on the FR! Turns out the auther owns his own business and just laughs at the left pointing out how vindictive they are.

Corsi also had some choice things to say about the Pope and the priest sexual abuse problem. Things which, when put in headline type, will make him sound like an anti-Catholic bigot. And no doubt, that is the line of attack Lannie (expelled for cheating) Davis will take.

One of the co-authors of "Unfit for Command" is a Freeper. He made a post...supposedly as a satire...where he made some remarks he now regrets. References to "ragheads", saying disparaging things about Islam, and an un-funny (by his own admission) Catholic joke were part of it.

The left is now trying to nail him on it.

I'm willing to forgive him.

Jerome R. Corsi is/was an active Freeper who used some questionable terms for Arabs and had some harsh words about Clinton and Kerry. IMHO, they were rather benign, but they were taken out of context in order to keep the character assasination machine alive.

Frankly, I don't think he has anything to apologize for, nor do I think it is relevent to the discussion of Kerry's service, but whatever.

Corsi and O'Niell are the authors of "Unfit For Command." O'Niell is the vet who took over Kerry's boat and later debated him on the Dick Cavett show back in the 70s. Corsi is a Harvard-educated writer and also, apparently, a Freeper. Lanny Davis dug up some posts Corsi made on FR using a pseudonym where he referred to muslims as "ragheads" and made light of the Catholic priest pedophile scandal. Corsi says they were jokes made in poor taste and he disavows. Sounds like no big deal, but shows the lengths the Dems will go to trash these two instead debating the facts.
