The title refers to a daily report given to the president of the United States detailing the most serious terrorist threats against the country. To tackle those threats, the government has formed a top-notch task force to infiltrate the terror cells and cut off the danger.
"Every morning, the president receives a list of the top ten terrorist threats - this list is known as the threat matrix."
We here at FR are trying to be in conjunction with the daily reports around the world that involve threats. We try to provide a storehouse of information that takes hours of research.

Well where ever it hits again, it's going to do a loop-d-loop in the ocean first, Then likely hit the outerbanks, then, maybe it will hit New Jersey and then Cape code.

It will not go back to cat 4, probably not even to 3. It's moving very fast now and will continue to do so as it rides up the frontal/trough system situated along the East Coast.
It may get back up around 100-120mph before hitting land again. The windspeeds will be less, but the damage could still be great. When storms fly up the East Coast, they tend to pack quite a punch.

DISCLOSURE Scotland, the criminal-record vetting agency, is at the centre of a catalogue of aviation security failures that have prompted pilots to warn that British airports and airliners are wide open to terrorist infiltration, The Scotsman can reveal.
The agency was last month attacked by MSPs for delays in screening the records of people who work with children. Now its lesser-known role in aviation security for the whole of the UK is coming under fire.
Since the end of July, the Scottish-based agency has had responsibility for vetting all staff with access to the sensitive "airside" areas of British airports, including aircraft, refuelling facilities and baggage and cargo handling areas.
A combination of limitations in Disclosure Scotland’s remit and the agency’s own bureaucratic failures have left pilots worried that there is little to stop would-be terrorists gaining access to vulnerable sites.

Came across this on the net and chalked it up to more advise from the "Religion of Peace." I am in no way endorsing this book, but I do find the topic as primitive as the fanatics who espouse this treatment of the women they allegedly love.

I think it's going to pretty much ride the I-95 corridor. It may re-emerge into the Atlantic after a secondary hit in NC. Maybe a third hit up near Long Island/Cape Cod.
