Credit: The Cabal The title refers to a daily report given to the president of the United States detailing the most serious terrorist threats against the country. To tackle those threats, the government has formed a top-notch task force to infiltrate the terror cells and cut off the danger. "Every morning, the president receives a list of the top ten terrorist threats - this list is known as the threat matrix." We here at FR are trying to be in conjunction with the daily reports around the world that involve threats. We try to provide a storehouse of information that takes hours of research. With the nation on high alert for al-Qaida terrorists, the Department of Homeland Security is putting its border officers through "etiquette" classes to soften their image and make them less threatening to arriving foreign immigrants, WorldNetDaily has learned. |

Thank you for posting the scripture. I've been out at a training session and am just catching up and wondering how relatives in Sarasota fared.
We're just now getting busy ... but I wanted to pass along this news: Apparently, an elderly couple in the Port Charlotte area died in the storm. That would bring the death toll to four.
I have an alternative suggestion for post 1560.
Report any activity to the local authorities. They walk the beats and they know the 'pulse'of the section of town you work in. They will immediately know if anything is suspicious and take action if necessary.
If they do take action, their first procedure is to notify the FBI and report it. The FBI has to respond to local calls for help regarding terrorism, so it forces their hand to react and alleviates the level of second guessers at HQ who dont know squat about your town.
Dont put yourself in any position of danger carrie!!!!
And still humbly praying...Amen.
THANK YOU JellyJam for that summary/update.
There was a freeper on the hurrican thread talking about his parents/grandparents? living in a small house there. They refused to leave and wouldn't board up because they'd never been hit by a storm. I hope they're ok.
BTDT.
Just finished rebuilding the house after the hurricane last year.
Charlie is a bad hurricane to cut your teeth on.
A cat four with winds like Charlie can sweep your house right down to the concrete slab or foundation.
I hope and pray those family members are safe.
We're getting reports of massive damage in Port Charlotte ... I don't think we'll really comprehend how bad it was till tomorrow morning. Already, I've seen pictures of homes and businesses that look like they were bombed.
The 12 surfers that got slammed into the seawall and pier in Naples got what they asked for.
Everyone in the path is a victim.
There's little that we can do accept pray.
Your insurance agent must be banging his head against the wall.
I just got the freezer filled with next year's meat...but I also bought a bunch of candles and some oil for the hurricane lamp and that's a poor man's insurance.
With the power out, it will take forever to find out just how much damage has been done, and it will be extremely hard to locate and treat the injured.
First light will show a much better picture of what the true story it, but I will make an educated guess and say this hurricane has caused historic damage.
People died from hurricane related injuries for days after Isabel last year. The storm may be over, but the struggle is just beginning.
Actually, I just finished switching insurance carriers. I wont name names, but it is a major insurance company, and they have really sucky service and underestimate your losses from hurricanes.
Then they raise your insurance 200 percent after you recover.
I canned them and saved 900 dollars a year in coverage..LOL
Any word from your daughter?
One of the Naples webcams went offline at 1555 this afternoon. The last picture was of trees at 90 degrees.
I know that help is on the way. There are trucks rolling south on I75 coming through Knoxville right now.
Anyone surfing when a Cat 4 is incoming in the Gulf is a candidate for the Darwin award.
I hate to see people injured or killed for stupidity.
I think it will rival Andrew in costs when all is said and done. It was a monster, period.
I would be surprised if less than 20-30 people were killed. Damage estimates are already 15-20 billion and they will undoubtedly go higher.
Thank God this thing missed Tampa. As bad as it is, this story could have been TONS worse.
