The title refers to a daily report given to the president of the United States detailing the most serious terrorist threats against the country. To tackle those threats, the government has formed a top-notch task force to infiltrate the terror cells and cut off the danger.

"Every morning, the president receives a list of the top ten terrorist threats - this list is known as the threat matrix."

We here at FR are trying to be in conjunction with the daily reports around the world that involve threats. We try to provide a storehouse of information that takes hours of research.

With the nation on high alert for al-Qaida terrorists, the Department of Homeland Security is putting its border officers through "etiquette" classes to soften their image and make them less threatening to arriving foreign immigrants, WorldNetDaily has learned.

I have a friend in South Africa she of course is American.
However her husband and his family and their nanny are
south African and they are all caucasion. So we could be
looking at anyone. Shukrijumah could also pass as hispanic
by his looks in my opinion.

"Khosia Badila .. If he was correct what the Americans say about it .. Then this man is not a joy but he is actually an Islamic destroyer or a nuclear submarine .. !!

Could this be translated as Jose Padilla? And the article later states OBL will continue at the original objective until the goal is reached.

nuclear submarine=dirty bomber?

Easy day today, got to leave a bit early. Before I left the house to go in, FOX did a good interview with Paul Williams (author of Osama's Revenge: The Next 911) and he reinforced the nuclear scenario. Just when I was starting to calm down! So far, only FOX has covered this aspect of the threat at all. This is what has me so spooked if you will, the fact that while the media "chatter" is up and the gov't "chatter" is up, nobody seems to be discussing the nuclear scenario. This makes me feel like it's the most viable first tier threat of all.

You are right, the nuclear scenario has been getting almost no media attention (maybe they are worried about mass panic). That simple fact has concerned me quite a bit as well.

The first thing I thought about in regards to the helicopter threat was an air-blast situation with one of the supposed suitcase nukes. Seems like that would be a god way for them to maneuver said nuke into an optimal place before detonation.

I still fully believe there are at least a few nukes out there and I think Adnan el Shukrijumah is tied to the plan in some way, shape, or form.

He does, it's almost like they planned it that way... It seems as if they understood our weaknesses long before most of us gave them any thought.

The shipping thing caught my attention. They're bonded, so obviously not a problem. ;)

Car carriers, etc. I hate to think what would happen if the goblins got access to every aspect of our transportation infrastructure.

Phonetically, you may be onto something about it translating to Jose Padilla. The name "Khosia Badila" doesn't come up on a google search.

I've re-read this a few times and the more I read it, the translation begins to come together.

The folks at TB2K pointed out that it mentions 3 attempts by bin Laden to take out the WTC!!! The first being the 1993 bombing and the 3rd being 9/11. Any idea when that 2nd attempt might have been?

I think I'll have to read it yet again, later. LOL

We're not discussing it much here, either.

That's the reason I initially joined FR; to participate in TM WRT this threat. My horizon has since been expanded, but we REALLY shouldn't ignore this threat. There may not be much we can do other than establish probable targets for no other reason than our own edification.

BTW, are there any people here who are familiar with "DYNCORP"? My BNL is signing up to go to Iraq as a cop. He's been LE here forever, but wants to do his part.

He asked me to dig around for info, so my first reaction was to ask here.

The helicopter would also be a good platform for B/C dispersal. All that wind below the rotors. Mixmaster.

BREAKING NEWS: Unknown substance found at Rider (NJ)

By: Steve Feitl , Managing Editor 08/10/2004

Police investigate powdery substance at student center.

Between 50 and 75 faculty and students were evacuated from the student center at Rider University after a suspicious letter was opened, revealing a lumpy, powdery unknown substance.
State police have been called in to determine the nature of the substance, which was accompanied by a note in the envelope, according to Deputy Chief of Police Joseph Prettyman. The contents of the note are unknown at this time.
One person came in contact with the substance and is receiving medical attention, according to Anthony Campbell, associate vice president of student affairs. The occupants of the student center have been moved to the dining hall as a precautionary measure and are awaiting further information.
The Trenton Fire Department's Hazardous Materials Unit is on the scene, according to Deputy Chief Prettyman.

Google has some interesting alternatives....like maybe a corporate "downside" to this outfit.

I've read some of the alternatives. They're WAY out there WRT sex slave rings and asassinations. I'm not sure that I want to give him a report until I get some mainstream info to mix it with.

Someone on the radio was just mentioning the story on the airline with the 14 or so arabs. He said if everyone would STAND UP, they could be blocked (I guess then it might take them longer to get to the cockpit ).

We're not discussing it much here, either.

Jerseygirl has been perhaps the most frequent poster on this frightening scenario (terror attack using nukes). I really think that's the reason it's not being discussed too much: It is too terrible to even contemplate. The most blatant example of this was the totally tepid reactions to your post on homemade H-Bombs using cold fusion technology to create tritium. I guess if we ignore it, it'll just go away. Never underestimate the power of denial.

Jerseygirl may have some input here WRT activity in that part of PA. I think she's tracking something else there, that may be related.
