He Said It! (More Sensitive War On Terror)
Republican National Committee ^ | August 5, 2004

Posted on 08/05/2004 9:21:56 AM PDT by RWR8189

"I believe I can fight a more effective, more thoughtful, more strategic, more proactive, more sensitive war on terror that reaches out to other nations and brings them to our side and lives up to American values in history." (Sen. John Kerry, Remarks At The UNITY 2004 Conference, Washington, D.C., 8/5/04)

How are you going to be more proactive than hunting down the terrorists where they live?

Well, perhaps our approach has been too insensitive. (sarcasm alert) Proper etiquette suggests first a hand delivered, hand written, gold-leafed invititation to announce the desire for a tete-a-tete to each suspected terrorist. Then follow up with a phone call or have one's concierge or butler drop by to make the arrangements. Then stop by the terrorist's choice of location, whether it be his residence, mosque, or a 5-star hotel. Naturally, formal attire and a proper greeting gift would be de rigeur. Perhaps also the presence of 2 or more neutral parties. And all this is the preliminary to any real discussion of the supposed (remember, we musn't accuse!) terrorist activities, all done diplomat style. This is where Tasmanian she-woman Tuh-ray-za could really shine, with her self-acclaimed high society skills and her clearly superior breeding. Naturally, every benefit of the doubt would be afforded each individual.

John Kerry's War on Terror combines a sublime and silky-smooth Key Lime mousse with a light, crispy filo dough crust and a layer of meringue three miles high!

Comparing Kerry to key lime mousse is not fair to key limes and their sensational desserts everywhere!!

Hanoi John Effing Kerry is a lying, despicable, dishonorable, disreputable sonofabitch!

I'd like him to attempt to tell the American public exactly how he plans to do what he claims to be able to do!

Whoops! How silly of me! It is a secret! He will only tell us his plan after he is elected President!

Did I mention that Hanoi John Effing Kerry is a lying despicable, dishonorable, disreputable sonofabitch! And the party/people that nominated him has/have the same (lack of) character!

We need to do all we can do to keep him out of the White House and get him out of the Senate!

Yeah, just the image we need to project abroad: "a more sensitive war". It isn't enough that we respond to an attack by wringing our hands and talking about it for years, tip-toe around "holy" sites, and use million-dollar pinpoint munitions to avoid collateral damage. This'll really make 'em love and respect us. (Who believes this s**t!?)

Sensitive war? Like dropping marshmallow bombs and water balloons?

Sometimes I think Kerry’s really a robot remotely controlled by Hillary.

To #34: "I hereby declare the Kerry-Edwards Presidential campaign toast. Hillary Clinton is probably already warming up in the bullpen.

I don't think so, and as time goes on I'm beginning to think Hillary is going to wait for a better opportunity. But, I could be wrong. Nobody in the main stream media is jumping on ANY of this stuff, no matter what it is. The swift boat thing, previous remarks made by Kerry, Kerry's wife's mouth, his money, his homes, his flaky stance on everything imaginable, his service, it doesn't have any impact. Well, we're three months out from the election. Things could still radically change. We'll see.
