Credit: The Cabal The title refers to a daily report given to the president of the United States detailing the most serious terrorist threats against the country. To tackle those threats, the government has formed a top-notch task force to infiltrate the terror cells and cut off the danger. "Every morning, the president receives a list of the top ten terrorist threats - this list is known as the threat matrix." We here at FR are trying to be in conjunction with the daily reports around the world that involve threats. We try to provide a storehouse of information that takes hours of research. Munitions found in clamshells
Baltimore, MD, Aug. 4 (UPI) -- The U.S. Army is investigating recent discoveries of munitions found in crushed clamshells used to pave driveways in Delaware.

Again??? Or is this the old story ongoing?
Oh?? There's not a whole lot of evidence detailed in the story at all. IF you could get enough evidence that that was the case (possible but if so it's missing from the story) then the "2-bit attorny" would have a chance. If not then the employee has no case.
Most employment (especially in small companies) is "at-will" - if you don't abide by company policies while at work, you can be terminated without recourse. If you admit violating those policies, proving that the real reason was religious becomes very problematic.
Look, I agree she was in all liklihood treated very shabbily - but that isn't a Federal crime. However if the law worked any other way it would be impossible for small business owners to ever feel safe employing anyone.
Looks new to me. I'd heard about them found hidden in clamshells before, but not ground into driveway material.
I thought the 12/2003 interview was proven to be a hoax?

Ok, WARNING...DO NOT VISIT THIS DISGUSTING, DISTURBING SITE.
Thanks Velveeta for the info.
My opinion of EOM is fairly obvious to anyone who reads my sig.
I don't believe him.
I do believe that most of us (americans) are suffering from some mass "awareness" of an impending event. I believe that TPTB are holding their breath. All indications point towards a major event, and EOM is taking advantage of that. It may even be his job to do that.
When whatever is going to happen does happen, it won't be because he predicted it. He's been doing that "2 week" or "72 hour" or "soon" thing for too long to be given any real credence.
OTOH-- He is giving us the only target info outside of the obvious. I even have my doubts about that. Were I a goblin, my targetting priorities would be different.
As far as the "War Games" thing, we're talking about different missions. There's probably the same or similar primary means of communication between the individual cells and their contact. There's no way that the guys planning on the building attacks are part of the same cell(s) that are assigned to creating radioactive slag.
Great summary. Thanks for that.
I would have to quit my job to keep up with the number of posts in the last few weeks.
I'll take your word for it. I hadn't paid any attention to it before.

THE NEW YORK TIMES
NEW YORK Members of a group opposed to the Republican National Convention, many describing themselves as anarchists, said Wednesday that they would carry out illegal protest activities on the conventions second day.
Organizers in the group, the A31 Action Coalition, said they were calling for a nationwide day of nonviolent civil disobedience on Aug. 31 aimed at using parts of Midtown to stage demonstrations, without permits, against the Bush administration. The organizers said they were looking to break free of government intervention to have their say; they called the process for issuing protest permits broken and criticized the citys practice of using metal barriers to create rally areas or march routes.
It is here, at the end of the barricades, that we will create free-speech zones, where we can create the kind of world we want to see through music and free food and dancing and debate, said Tim Doody, an organizer, at a news conference at St. Marks Church-in-the-Bowery, in the East Village. He added that that if asked to move, participants planned to sit down and refuse. Freedom of assembly isnt so free if you have to ask the government where, when or if.
Throughout the day, organizers said, participants plan to demonstrate outside a variety of institutions, including a Bank of America finance round table planned the morning of Aug. 31 at Tavern on the Green and several corporations they see as contributing to the Bush administrations foreign policies or profiting from them. That evening, the protesters plan to converge around the convention site, Madison Square Garden, outside the official protest zone. The coalition, still being formed, represents a broad array of interests, including education, welfare and opposition to the war in Iraq.

As we discussed yesterday, more or less, "C_THIS" is a piece of ____.
Oh dear, sorry.
I saw it was debunked on one of the forums. Can't remember which at the moment. Maybe TB2K or abovetopsecret. If I run across that thread, I'll let you know.
Yes, perhaps some cells have a "handler," and arresting this person might well yield info to the cell members but I find it highly unlikely the info would be on somebody's hard drive. I also find it highly unlikely that a "handler" would roll over very easily, unless he was a CIA/you name the alphabet agency asset to start with.
Even IF a number of cells have formed a "network" and they are compromised, that would still leave thousands (how many did I post the other night? 70,000?) of free roaming terrorists who may be charged with specific missions or free agents looking for targets of opportunity. It's just the nature of covert operations is designed to preclude exposure in such simple fashion. These guys aren't playing games of hide and seek. It's deadly serious business and if they win we lose a lot of folks. Either way, for them, it's most likely a one way trip for them and they know it, so why not go to Allah with style and enough infidel points to win the big prize?
No biggy, really. I trust your memory and judgement.
Pakistan arrests more than 20 al-Qaida members, officials say
ISLAMABAD, Pakistan - (KRT) - More than 20 al-Qaida members have been arrested in Pakistan in the past three weeks, partly because of efforts to flush out foreign fighters in the country's tribal areas, officials said Wednesday. (snip)
In the past 48 hours, two other al-Qaida members from Africa have been arrested, but the government would not identify them, Hayyat said. Another man, with a reward of several million dollars offered for his capture, was arrested in the past three weeks, said Hayyat, who declined to identify the man. (snip)
http://www.kansas.com/mld/kansas/news/world/9320636.htm?template=contentModules/printstory.jsp
Could this unidentified man with a reward of several million dollars on his head be al-Zarqawi, as was reported last Friday and then denied by TPTB? Last report was that DNA was being tested. It would explain a lot, but I'm probably engaging in wishful thinking.
Now I know who you are.
