From what I can tell, Javitz Center, Penn Station, United Nations, Empire State Building, Grand Central Terminal. The others are harder to decipher.
You are absolutely right. If Kerry has his own intelligence sources, the people should know who they are and whether they are related to the unnamed foreign leaders who support his candidacy.
That is not Martial Law.
So now that DC is at a heightened alert, does this mean that honest citizens carrying a gun for defense of self and country, will no longer have to worry about being arrested by the thugs in DC?
Absolutely. Kerry has an easy job: no attacks means there has been an exaggeration, any attack means the administration failed to protect us, again.

This one is SERIOUS, 7 bombings targeting mainly Christian (or that most equatable to the USA) symbols in Iraq so far today. Its Sunday...nothing happens on Sundays, everyone takes a break normally terrorists too. We have TWO "BIG" conferences spaced 2 hrs. apart. Homeland security and Mayor of NYC. This is not one to brush aside, to unusual and out of character.
Security Alert to Be Raised to 'High' in Washington

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The U.S. security alert level in Washington will be raised to 'high' from 'elevated,' CNN reported on Sunday.
The raising of the alert level in the U.S. capital will be announced shortly by Department of Homeland Security chief Tom Ridge, the network said.
The Homeland Security Department said it could not confirm the CNN report but said a news conference was planned for 2 p.m.
The report came as top federal and local law enforcement officials met in New York over the weekend to discuss new intelligence about a possible al Qaeda attack against major corporations or high-profile buildings in Manhattan.
New York was the city most affected by the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks with almost 2,800 people killed when hijacked planes destroyed the twin towers of the World Trade Center, but the Pentagon, near Washington, was also hit in the attacks.
The New York threat was first reported by ABC News, which said the authorities were particularly disturbed that the information indicated attacks may be carried out by one or more suicide truck bombings.
Following the meetings, the NYPD issued a statement that said: "Intelligence reporting indicates that al Qaeda continues to target for attack commercial and financial institutions, as well as international organizations, inside the United States."

I'm serious. We basically set up this country, now we're being overrun by every rag-tag type character from every corner of the globe.
Totally being displaced and disenfranchised. Sell Saratoga to the Japanese. Sell Erie, Penn. to the South Africans. Sell Memphis to the Mexicans.
They kinda' cancel each other out.
In the end, the American people (at least those in the middle/still undecided as of 1 August), which are the swing voters and particularly those in the battleground states, would cut strongly in FAVOR of Bush if there were an attack on America.
There probably is a plan for martial law floating around somewhere in the halls of government. I know we had one, and even practiced for its use during the decades before WWII.
