Ladies!! Our honor has been tarnished! The democrats think we are swayed by a pretty hairdo and a toothy grin!
Four years ago, in answer to the media portraying Dick Cheney as an old geezer, I posted a thread titled "Are You a Cheney Chick?" (Anyone who has that thread bookmarked, please post it here! I was unable to locate it.)
Well, here we are, and the democrats are acting like Pretty Boy Edwards will trump our hero. BAH!
I would like the ladies of Free Republic to speak up for our wonderful Vice President. Please post all thoughts, pictures, and links that prove that those of us who admire Vice President Cheney are in the mainstream of thought.
Gentlemen are also welcome to this thread. I have posted this in response to the idiotic democrats who think that John Edwards is a suitable replacement.
Stand up for Dick Cheney, the greatest Vice President in the history of our nation!!
For someone who spends an inordinate amount of time denigrading "women," especially the Bush Bot women and Cheney chicks, you always seem to find your way to these threads, don't you?

That "manly" man is so convinced that looks matter that he has actually had that horrid "mole" or whatever it was on his lip "shaved" since he got the nod from Kerry.
But I don't know any conservative who watched Kerry's speech and thought it was anything but a complete farce poorly delivered, so I'm not sure what YOU are if you think it was 'lively and well delivered'.......a tad confused, perhaps?

I've skewered the Dems only. Though I did chide the "Ladies" for the heavy breathing, however in jest, which I think totally inappropriate given the tone of your original post wherein Ladies are supposed to be impervious to the cheap perfume of politicians' and swayed not by The Package ... at least until they've evaluated most carefully the Promise.
You tell your friend Howlin' to stop and think for a moment about how handy my "obsession with stem cells" is going to be for youse guys now that the Dems have made it their Number One "What If ..."

I mean we all admire both President Bush and Vice President Cheney BECAUSE they are married and are faithful and respectful of thier wives.
We also admire them for thier honesty and for thier moral clarity and sense of conviction.
As well as thier love for thier country.
Why do you and some others always have to find somethin sinister in good honest admiratiopn, respect and love for great men (and women)?

Well, like I said ... I'd never heard his voice or seen him "move" before. I've got some serious theatrical training in my past and was expecting a trainwreck but surprised at how smooth he was. Very believable ... especially the part where he promised to provide more terrorism.
I think it's almost more important to watch the competition closely than those in whom you've already vested your vote. A "keep your friends close but your enemies closer" sort of thing.
