If most of the Swift Boat commanders consider Kerry unfir to hold the office of President, then who are these guys who the campaign says served with Kerry in Vietnam?
Are they enlisted guys?
I'm not trying to play the devils advocate here but maybe Kerry had a following among the enlisted men. That's the only thing I can think of.
Can anyone shed any light on this?

Only one officer now in the picture supports Kerry. However, I believe 9 out the 10 enlisted crewmen (except for Gardner) who served on the two boats Kerry commanded support Kerry. There are five enlisted on each PCF.

Supposedly the Cong had been hit with a 50 calibre slug. If it even knicked him, he probably wouldn't be doing anything beside laying there in a helpless condition.
So he had one fellow officer. He has Rassman, who I thought at one point said he disapproved of Kerry's behavior when he took up with VVAW? And he had nine of the sailors? Was Kerry successful is getting those on the last boat out of the "SEND ME" tour before 12 months were up? Send me, as long as it wasn't to Vietnam. I think that's why Kerry put in all those years, beforehand, in the military, and volunteered for what he imagined was easy and safe duty on the PCF boats.

Yes, there were two. The one (of those two) that now says Kerry is unfit to be Commander in Chief is Ralph Dobson, confirmed by www.swiftvets.com just today.
So, now Kerry is down to just one of the 19 Swift Boat commanders supporting him.
