CC is talking about Kennedy's speech and rallying the troops tonight

You know how I know they didn't rally the troops ... none of us were ticked off by the comments from the dems

It was all BORING

I find the coments on FR far more informative than any news outlet.

I wonder how much this will affect the polls...

(Fox did a story about credentialed bloggers, a story about FR would have been more significant.)

Did you happen to catch Ron Reagan Jr.'s speech?

He said that in November, we would get to choose between reason and ignorance.

Ron Reagan believes that opposing stem cell research based on religious beliefs is ignorant.

Religion=ignorance.

And his father less than two months in his grave.

I have no idea. She was a real nutter, hopefully we will see more like her. Scarborough was babbling like a goof, no idea how to deal with her.

The Republicans tried to get TAY-RAY-SUH to run in 1991 to fill the vacant seat of John Heinz. That's a scary thought. After hearing her speech tonight I thank God she said "No".

She's polar opposites politically from her late husband. Simply frightening.

Susan Es-screech just gave Teddy Kennedy a rating of "4 donkeys". She's a former (and obviously current) groupie, still hoping to get lucky with him someday. Give it up, Susan.

On the upside, you didn't end up like Mary Jo.

Teraza sings "I'm So Tired"

Here I stand,
the goddess of Desire,
set men on fire,
I have this power,
morning noon and night
it's drink and dancing,
some quick romancing,
and then a quick shower,
stage door johnnies always surround me, they always hound me, with one request, who can satisfy their lustful habits, I'm not a rabbit! I need some rest!

I'm tired,
Sick and tired of love,
I've had my fill of love,
From below and above,
Tired, tired of being admired,
Tired of love uninspired, Let's face it, I'm tired!

I've been with 1000's of men,
Again and again,
They promise the moon,
They always coming and going,
Going and coming,
And always too soon! Right girls?

I've been with 1000's of men,
Again and again,
They sing the same tune,
The start with Byron and Shelly,
And jump on your belly, and bust your balloon! Aye!

I'm tired,
Sick and tired of love,
I've had my fill of love,
From below and above,
Tired, tired of being admired,
Tired of love uninspired,

Let's face it, I'm tired!

[mel brooks, blazing saddles]

The pic of Ms. H Kerry you posted a while back makes her appear loaded. Was she? I didn't see her speech.

Teddy's speech is the only one I saw and I was just sickened and appalled at the things he said. He should be ashamed and his brother is rolling over in his grave.

I'm with you. Some of his lines were pretty good, but he mostly sounded like a more eloquent version of Dickie Gephardt. Still the Dems are desperately in need of SOMEONE the peasants can relate to and they'll probably choose him.
