I have a suggestion for foreign aid: send 2/3 of our psychiatrists and psychologists to the Middle East.
This would benefit both parties: our people would find plenty of patients (people with real mental illnesses rather than imaginary "syndromes") and the US would be
a better place to live.
It is amusing to imagine trying to translate all that psychobabble into Arabic.

It has only been in the last few years that I have realized just how small a percentage of our planets population has moved past the 17th century.
The BS hoisted on, and believed by, the ignorant peoples of these backward nations by their 'leaders' is scary. Especially when you realize the sophisticated weaponry they can lay their hands on.

Suha Arafat had just launched a diatribe about Israel "poisoning Palestinian children." Which seemed to fly right over Hill's head. Seems to be standard rhetorical practice in Araby.
