Berger Theft Summarized by me, Kerry and Clinton Connections, and Implications...

Ok, this is what I have put together thus far, which I feel needs to be reported as one single story with dots being connected.

This is a serious Breach. As he is no longer in Government, what would happen if you or I did that? Would we still be walking around free? Somehow I doubt it.

Typically, before making a decision, Kerry solicits many opinions. His staff installed a long cord on his phone so he could pace while he listens. Some sources are obvious, such as Clinton's former national security adviser Samuel R. "Sandy" Berger. Some are not.

“In a conference call with reporters before the speech, Kerry foreign policy advisor Samuel R. "Sandy" Berger said those remarks were not meant to embrace Bush's doctrine of launching preemptive attacks against states the U.S. views as a threat.

Berger, who was President Clinton's national security advisor, said there was "a profound difference between elevating preemption to a defining strategic doctrine," as Bush has, and "recognizing that no president is going to stand by, if he sees an immediate threat to the United States, and not take action."

Look for Kerry to distance himself from Berger, and when he does, remember his pride in using him as an advisor, that I listed above... Coming Soon....

Now, I wonder what he allegedly STOLE from the Archives, and how damaging the information was to him, Richard Clarke, or Clinton, and why he allegedly felt the need to put them in his pants????

I can't wait for the flip-Flop from Kerry on this one.... And it will be interesting to see how the press downplays his role in Kerry's Campaign.

Even Fox doesn't list him as a Kerry Advisor in this story.. Please.... tell me how his involvement with Kerry is NOT Relevant.....

Remember John Deutsch, Clinton's CIA Director, who was caught putting national security secret documents on his HOME COMPUTER.....

Well, him and Berger surely corresponded with each other, and guess what Clinton did for Deutsch....

He pardoned him for the act in his last days of office, before he could be charged with anything....

So when he is charged, and the dems start screaming partisan politics, remember the name of John Deutsch.

“Berger was designated as the official from the Clinton administration who would review documents relevant to commission inquiries. He was also a witness at the 9/11 commission hearings and reviewed records to prepare for his personal testimony.”

The Guy designated as the person to review documents in the 9/11 Investigation for Clinton's administration Steals them.....

Come on now, If I can put this together, why can't the Press summarize all this....

To me this is a potential HUGE Smoking Gun... What did he steal that we don't know about?????

Innocent mistake my eye.... This guy is trained in Intelligence, every thing he does at his level is specific, and willful.

Well, now isn't that convenient..... After action reports written by, guess who.....

You remember him, the guy who was responsible more than anyone for keeping terror from hitting our shores, and yet did hardly anything after continued attacks against our interests here and abroad..

Just add it up folks, and see who is allegedly hiding stuff from the 9/11 Commission regarding Terrorists.....

I am especially interested in when Kerry found out about this investigation, and whether he continued using berger as an Advisor after he learned of it?

I think mine connect pretty well as a massive attempt to disparage the truth about what Clinton's ADministration did in response to terrorism, and their lack of action in a feeble attempt to Blame others instead of taking responsibility.

Let me address it from a little different angle: The Dem Spin.

1. "It was inadvertent."
No way. It happened multiple times, he was stuffing them in his pants, and he destroyed some of them.

2. "There are copies of all of these documents, so what's the harm?"
I've followed this very closely and even Berger's lawyer HAS NOT said this...only the political spinners have said it. They have no way of knowing since we don't know what documents were removed.

3. "The commision got the memo, so in the end there was no effort to hide information."
Note they say the commision got "the memo". But, according to news reports, Berger isn't accused of removing "the memo". He removed multiple DRAFTS Clarke wrote before the final memo. Each draft would have had different wording and emphasis. The commision had no way of knowing whether one or another draft existed...except is Berger told them.

4. They are also muddying the water on whether Berger was allowed to take out notes he made while reviewing the documents. He wasn't. But the Dems are happy to give the impression there was nothing wrong with his doing this.

I'm sure there's more. Who can keep up with the Dems and their spin machine? Just wanted to get this on the record.

Whoever embezzles, steals, purloins, or knowingly converts to his use or the use of another, or without authority, sells, conveys or disposes of any record, voucher, money, or thing of value of the United States or of any department or agency thereof, or any property made or being made under contract for the United States or any department or agency thereof; or

Whoever receives, conceals, or retains the same with intent to convert it to his use or gain, knowing it to have been embezzled, stolen, purloined or converted -

Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; but if the value of such property does not exceed the sum of $1,000, he shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.

The word ''value'' means face, par, or market value, or cost price, either wholesale or retail, whichever is greater

18 U.S.C. 793
Sec. 793. - Gathering, transmitting or losing defense information

(a)

Whoever, for the purpose of obtaining information respecting the national defense with intent or reason to believe that the information is to be used to the injury of the United States, or to the advantage of any foreign nation, goes upon, enters, flies over, or otherwise obtains information concerning any vessel, aircraft, work of defense, navy yard, naval station, submarine base, fueling station, fort, battery, torpedo station, dockyard, canal, railroad, arsenal, camp, factory, mine, telegraph, telephone, wireless, or signal station, building, office, research laboratory or station or other place connected with the national defense owned or constructed, or in progress of construction by the United States or under the control of the United States, or of any of its officers, departments, or agencies, or within the exclusive jurisdiction of the United States, or any place in which any vessel, aircraft, arms, munitions, or other materials or instruments for use in time of war are being made, prepared, repaired, stored, or are the subject of research or development, under any contract or agreement with the United States, or any department or agency thereof, or with any person on behalf of the United States, or otherwise on behalf of the United States, or any prohibited place so designated by the President by proclamation in time of war or in case of national emergency in which anything for the use of the Army, Navy, or Air Force is being prepared or constructed or stored, information as to which prohibited place the President has determined would be prejudicial to the national defense; or

(b)

Whoever, for the purpose aforesaid, and with like intent or reason to believe, copies, takes, makes, or obtains, or attempts to copy, take, make, or obtain, any sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, document, writing, or note of anything connected with the national defense; or

(c)

Whoever, for the purpose aforesaid, receives or obtains or agrees or attempts to receive or obtain from any person, or from any source whatever, any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, or note, of anything connected with the national defense, knowing or having reason to believe, at the time he receives or obtains, or agrees or attempts to receive or obtain it, that it has been or will be obtained, taken, made, or disposed of by any person contrary to the provisions of this chapter; or

(d)

Whoever, lawfully having possession of, access to, control over, or being entrusted with any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, or note relating to the national defense, or information relating to the national defense which information the possessor has reason to believe could be used to the injury of the United States or to the advantage of any foreign nation, willfully communicates, delivers, transmits or causes to be communicated, delivered, or transmitted or attempts to communicate, deliver, transmit or cause to be communicated, delivered or transmitted the same to any person not entitled to receive it, or willfully retains the same and fails to deliver it on demand to the officer or employee of the United States entitled to receive it; or

(e)

Whoever having unauthorized possession of, access to, or control over any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, or note relating to the national defense, or information relating to the national defense which information the possessor has reason to believe could be used to the injury of the United States or to the advantage of any foreign nation, willfully communicates, delivers, transmits or causes to be communicated, delivered, or transmitted, or attempts to communicate, deliver, transmit or cause to be communicated, delivered, or transmitted the same to any person not entitled to receive it, or willfully retains the same and fails to deliver it to the officer or employee of the United States entitled to receive it; or

(f)

Whoever, being entrusted with or having lawful possession or control of any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, note, or information, relating to the national defense,

(1)

through gross negligence permits the same to be removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of his trust, or to be lost, stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, or

(2)

having knowledge that the same has been illegally removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of its trust, or lost, or stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, and fails to make prompt report of such loss, theft, abstraction, or destruction to his superior officer -

Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both.

So I come up with 10 years... And yes for even copies..... :)

Now, arrest him, charge, him and a let a jury of his peers decide his fate.
