The following excerpt was transcribed by me from my videotape of the 5 minute segment on Fox News Channel this morning entitled, "Bracing For Battle". The segment began at 9:44 AM and ended at 9:49 AM Eastern.

Ben Ginsberg, Election law expert, and national counsel for the Bush/Cheney 2004 Campaign. (He was also counsel to Bush/Cheney during the 2000 election re-count)
Bottom line excerpt:
Ben Ginsberg: "The essential point is, did Sandy Berger, who is one of John Kerry's top advisors, get those documents - those classified documents that he was stuffing down his pants in the National Archives - to the Kerry Campaign for their benefit? And that's an essential question that needs to be answered by the Kerry Campaign. Did they benefit from documents and information they should not have had?"

Well, close. . .imho; the plan was not designed to damage Bush; but to protect the Bill Clinton and his presidency and Hillary et al. To prevent the black and white truth of his/their treasonous ignorance from becomming public.
Kerry fits in here nicely; conveniently; he takes the second stone for his campagin efforts to be President; which was messing up Hillary's plan anyway.
I hope Fox will do a retrospect of all their comments; and the commision as well; who already knew of this crime; and yet. . .continues to taint the Bush presidency with their lies.

This is the same MO as was used when Teddy Kennedy was exposed (awful thought, no pun) in the judiciary committee memo. Don't focus on the content of the memo, but on the staffer who got hold of it.

Pardon my lack of internet savvy, but what does BTTT mean?
I haven't seen any story saying Berger stuffed anything down his pants or in his socks. The story stated Berger put documents in his pants. That isn't the same as stuffing them down his pants from a ceveptive POV. However, it does show the deliberate hiding of these documents.
Don't worry!
Soxgate is easier to remember and is a better mantra for our side.

I have seen several (AP?) stories now stating that Berger admits putting the documents in his socks. I think it is on Drudge as well. A lot tougher to spin socks... he can try the absentmindedly putting them in his pants pocket approach, but not a lot of accidental sock stuffing goes on, after all.
