A mysterious power failure at Logan Airport that delayed dozens of flights for more than five hours has still not been explained – six days later.

Airport officials insist airline security was not compromised during the blackout Monday at Logan International's Terminal E, but backup electrical systems failed to kick in as they are programmed under such circumstances.

The LA Times reported that the missing hard drives at Los Alamos
contained data on Chinese, French, and Russian nuclear devices that
was to be used by US NEST groups to disarm these devices if used by
terrorists. This report implies that the devices would be small
suitcase nuke devices like neutron bombs or miniaturized nukes in
order for terrorists to conceal and carry them. Recall that the US
government claims that nuke miniaturization technology was obtained
for China by Win Ho Lee and that the Chinese have successfully built,
tested and deployed miniature nukes (W88 warhead, etc) as well as
neutron bombs. China could give these small nukes to terrorists
and/or put them on Chinese cruise missiles or MIRV them for their
ballistic missiles.

If the hard drive data did not pertain to neutron bomb and
miniaturized fissile nuke devices, it should have and something would
be terribly wrong since the NEST groups would need the data to disarm
the small devices if used by terrorists.

. A neutron bomb can be made very small, is a people killer, and an
ideal terrorist device. Also it is known that all the nations
mentioned in the LA Times article have neutron bomb technology and
Sam Cohen(neutron bomb inventor) specifically alleged Bush gave the
neutron bomb tech to China and the French and that the US helped the
French do their neutron bomb testing-this is how the US would know in
detail about the Chinese and French designs!(See WorldNet Daily
article by David Bresnahan published in 1999 about Cohen and the
French neutron tests).

It is well known that China is a leading backer of Bin Laden who has
threatened himself to use nuclear weapons against the US. China could
easily give neutron bombs and suitcase nukes to Bin Laden as well as
the missing data for disarming them to defeat any NEST attempts to
disarm them. It was reported by Newsday.com on October 29,1999 that
Vernon Jordan, President Clinton's close friend and confidant, was
being investigated for helping Saudi businessmen funnel millions of
dollars through US and overseas banks to Bin Laden. If true, would
Bin Laden use the money to procure miniature nuke devices or nuke
disarmament data and why would a Clinton associate help Bin Laden get
the money to do it? Newsweek reported last year that Bin Laden gave
China two intact cruise missiles used against him in 1998 in
Afghanistan. Three weeks ago, China successfully shot down cruise
missiles during tests of the Chinese cruise missile defense system.
Were the Chinese successful because they learned about our cruise
missiles from Bin Laden's gift? Also, neutron bombs can be easily
carried along with other miniature nukes on US and Chinese cruise
missiles. Remember, in his 1991 national address, President Bush
ordered our Tomahawk cruise missiles (carried on submarines) to have
their nuclear warheads removed!

Is it possible any of the hard drive data was made available to the
US via "cooperation?" that may have already been established by
President's Bush and Clinton between the Russian, Chinese and US
scientists while working jointly on nuclear ballistic missile defense
R&D at Los Alamos and nearby Kirtland AFB?

Good calls, all. So we're talking individuals, possibly with individual prepackaged missions or individuals with instructions to watch for a go code and take targets of opportunity on their own initiative. These will probably be among the hardest to detect and stop. Then there will be the cells. Groups who also have a preassigned mission. Among these may be those with the WMD assignments. Many of them will have a requirement to be highly educated and schooled to "blend in" with our society and culture. Who schooled them? Well my guess would be former KGB agents. That's a group that has put the most effort into espionage against us.

Also remember that a lot of these guys won't be "trigger pullers" in the strictest sense. Many will be here for the purpose of logistics and support. Some will be specialists at gathering Intel. They will not have to report to a handler. That's a sure way to get caught. Message intercepts via cell phone or e-mail are another dead giveaway. They will have other ways to communicate and they will be secure. What our intel guys are picking up is likely "fringe chatter" that is taking place in cafes and other gathering places all over the world. Much of this is not direct access to the killers here, but through relatives or "friends of friends of friends" who may be involved.

Much of this may be "added on assumptions" told as ancilliary info. You know that old psychology experiment? Get a large number of people into a circle. Start a "secret" at one point in the circle and whisper it to the next person with instructions to pass it on. Each person will add his own "confabulation" to the story so that he will have "inside knowledge" which will make him "special" that when the story completes the circle it will be hardly recognizable as the story which began the trip.

Completely agree that their sense of OPSEC is far superior to our own, in many cases. That's one reason they feel secure in sending so many Jihadists onto our soil. Notice I refer to actual Jihadis and not the wannabes like the lackawanna six or whatever they were called. The self styled sympathizers will be caught and they may even be somewhat connected, but not really trained or even given an assignment during the great Jihad to come. We'll spend a lot of effort running to ground all the false leads generated by these fools. This will cause those true blue "warriors" to rejoice. Perhaps it will make them sloppy. But I doubt it.

I have a couple more to post.

There is a new trick, that is working for me, I am using the
backs of stacks of fan fold printer paper, that has collected and wasn't nearly as exciting when re-read, as it was when I printed it.

Then I wasn't smart enough to delete all the junk, to get the little that was worth keeping and then re-forward it to myself, much shorter.

This is what happens when you use a computer that has no memory to work with and will not "print screen".

I now save the long strips and do the search notes on them,
and when ready to report them, they are still attached.

So after all that, I realize, that you have saved it on your
computer, maybe open a file, and put sub-files in it for each search? I know how to open folders, what fun. LOL, but have
never dared put anything in them, as when I download on this machine, it all shows as machine code.

I find the fanfold works wonderfully when doing twexus searches, at least, now I known where I was before the
last photo, that is if I wrote it down.
