According to the accident report, witness Nery Veliz told cops that he was driving behind the speeding Mitsubishi and saw "a white female who appeared to be naked climb on top of the driver and move as if they were having sex."Nery Veliz must have been speeding right along behind them, if he could see all that at night.

I smell a lawsuit. Your Honor the car maker should have put a warning label in each car. A simple warning " Do not attempt to drink, have sex and drive at a high rate of speed" would have kept my clients safe. We demand a 100 million to teach the greedy car maker a lesson.

Yep... its difficult to concentrate on driving when you're getting pleasured. There's a terribly high price to pay for sex at speed though - you and your partner could wind up dead.

At least he could have worn a seatbelt. It would have added mild bondage to the mix as well as minimizing his injuries. I guess there wasn't much she could do to make the deed safer for herself, though.

Neither Nunez or Doughtery, 18, was wearing a seat belt, according to investigators. I'm at a loss to imagine how a seat belt would be arranged in this situation.
