Inciting Pig Blood Attack against Mosques-Police on Alert

Police in the entire country is ordered to be on watch over 'Pig Blood Terrorism' against mosques.

According to natinal police today(June 26th), somebody posted a writing urging, "Let's spray pig blood on mosques!", on a bulletin board of an anti-Iraq group which was just set up at a well-known Internet portal site.

The writing contains a highly inflammatory expression, "Muslim believes that mere sight of pig blood would send them to Hell. Let's spray it on mosques." Many replies to the post supported the idea, which alarmed police.

Koran, Islam's holybook, teaches that Pigs are taboo. It is highly offensive to eat pork or even show it in front of Muslims.

Should such an attack materializes, police fears that anti-Korean feeling could quickly develop among Muslim countries. National police ordered all police force, "Be Vigilant against any attempt to release pigs or throwing blood at mosques."

Nationally, there are 40 mosques and 35 missions of Muslim countries and police deployed 220 men to guard those facilities.

A police official worried, "Spraying pig blood could create far more serious troubles than threatening phone calls or breaking into mosque for violence. We are tightening up the security around mosques, checking everybody."

Since the murder of Kim Sun-il, mosques at Itaewon, Yongsan(, Seoul), and the ones in Pusan experienced 3 break-in violences while mosques in the entire country received hundreds of threatening phone calls.

"The rabbi also said that if the police do not use pig fat in buses, tens of thousands of ultra-Orthodox Jews will arm themselves with spray guns filled with liquid lard, which they will spray on terrorists whenever the need arises."

I'd rather fill my spray gun with battery acid.

Interesting tidbit...

The Uygurs, as with most believing Muslims, were subjected to forced labor in the 30,000 communes set up in the predominantly Muslim provinces. The imams and akhunds were singled out for humiliating punishments and tortures....and were forced to tend to pig farms, which were sometimes kept in government-closed mosques. Under the pretext of unification of national education, Islamic schools were closed and their students transferred to other schools which taught only Marxism and Maoism. Other outrages included the closing of over 29,000 mosques, the widespread torture of imams, and executions of over 360,000 Muslims. Since the death of Mao and the end of his hard-line Marxist outlook nearly fifteen years ago, the communist government has greatly liberalized its policies toward Islam and Muslims. And despite the horrors of the Cultural Revolution, Islam has continued to thrive in China.

I'm curious... Does anyone know WHY pigs are so offensive to Muslims? Other than being unclean, what is big deal?

Something they "inherited" from the Jews. Jews aren't supposed to eat pork either. In reality, I suspect the basis for it is not so much that they unclean but that their metabolism is too close to ours. You can catch things from Pigs, the worst of which might be trichinosis. Also anything pig can eat, you could eat and "cut out the middleman" so to speak. As they do with other things, the Musslemen just carried things to a ridiculous extreme.

Still nothing like a good pork chop, a pork roast, or a nice Easter Ham.

There was a bloody uprising by muslim colonial troops in British India in the 1800s just on the rumor that pig fat was used in military suppies.

And by Hindu troops who were told that fat from "Mother Cow" was used to lube the self same bullets.

Maybe Pink Floyd could be convinced to do a recreation of their Animals tour for the USO.

Wonder what the habbib's would think when they saw the 200' pink pig blimp drifting along with our AC130's.

Actually it was the 45 cal. The Moros would attack the US forces, often being high on drugs and 38cal or 9mm (357, 38 and 9mm are all the same diameter) just wasn't killing them good enough.

We were very very bad then, but won most of the time because of our willingness to accept losses, tenaciousness and just out right meanness. Already then we were the best equipped army in the world one of the most experienced and well trained. Just as we are today, except that today the American public has a soft underbelly and it is noted by those who oppose the US.

That’s why they target the media as they do. In a free society the media is not controlled by the state. CNN can neglect to broadcast whatever they want. Chemical bombs messing up Americans gets little to no attention. But Abu Gahrib! Germany, Great Britton, Russia, China who all quickly lay judgment on the US ALL have partially or completely state run media institutions. Our media at the same time is actively SEEKING scandals, has an adversarial approach to the military and government and can report with impunity. Even if things are untrue that goes reported. Even if taken out of context or over exaggerated, who will reign them in? Do journalists really ever get held accountable for what they say? No. So you end up with a media in the US that works against its OWN national policy while the media abroad WILL toe the line and follow party or government directives.

so i'm not the only one with these little tidbits floating around His/Her brain, Cool!.

I remember reading about this in , of all things the book of lists when I was a teenager. Two religous groups and the british managed to infuriate both of them. Oh, well , we know the british had a habit of infuriating their colonials, as July 4, 1776 reminds us.

Well, the Brits generally followed a policy of Divide and Rule and it served them well. however, it led to a few long term problems -- like India and Pakistan, North Irish and Irish REpublicans, Palestine, Irq, etc. etc.

Minarets and loudspeakers are straight out of Orwell's 1984.

I eat bacon and enjoy the heck out of it. But that's probably because it's smoked meat. Uncooked pork's gross to me. Something about the smell. Yeech. Oh well. Still love a filet minon though. Guess I'd be worse off in India based on my dietary preferences.

It's interesting though --- Muslims are also very superstitious about dogs --- they're afraid of them and won't enter a room where there are dogs. They got that from Mohammed himself who decided dogs were devils.

What irony... they behead us and threaten our annihilation, and we do back flips to protect them and try not to make them any more angry than they already are. What insanity are we under?

Because Pigs are prettier than their women. It's jealousy.

Huh?!? No wonder I only did one job for that Arab client I had - that pigskin suede coat I always wore.

And I thought it was because I offended them by saying, "Jesus Christ, what the hell do you want?" Oh well...

~~semi-sarcasm off~~

Dang.....I think if I were the military I would be putting up Pig Blood barriers all around our camps. Great Idea!!
Where ever you don't want a muslim...spray around it. ROFL
This could be a really useful piece of info...good for the S. Koreans. One can only hope it will happen in this country to a few mosques. Go figure...we think beheading is AWFUL and they think it is nothing. They freak over pig blood and that seems like nothing to us. Talk about polarizd cultures!!!

That's an F-15, not an F-18. And a rather inappropriate fighter/interceptor version at that. The air-to-mullah version, the F-15E, is a two seater.

Wasn't it the Philippine conflict with the Moslem rebels that gave rise to The Magnum?

No. It gave rise to the .45 ACP. The troops had been issued .38 caliber handguns to replace their former .45 (Long Colt) single action revolvers. The .38s were less than effective against the drugged up Moros. The forces were reissued the Colts in some cases, and the requirement for what became the .45 ACP required similar ballistics to the old .45 LC. We've had a similar problem with 9mm in Afghanistan, causing some special units to be issued with .45s, usually newer designs rather than the venerable, and still quite effective, 1911A1.
