That's an F-15, not an F-18. And a rather inappropriate fighter/interceptor version at that. The air-to-mullah version, the F-15E, is a two seater.

That's an F-15, Specifically, one from the 3rd Air Force at Elmendorf AFB, Alaska, by the AK tail code. :)
