Iran seeks swap of Brits for suicide attackers
Report says 40 Revolutionary Guard 'volunteers' held by UK
Iran apprehended British military personnel and Navy vessels earlier this week in order to secure release of 40 "suicide operations volunteers" held by the UK, according to an Iranian Revolutionary Guard source.
The source told the London Arabic-language daily Al-Sharq Al-Awsat that the British Army command in Iraq received the demand from the Revolutionary Guard, reported the Middle East Media Research Institute.
According to the source, the content of the message was very simple: "Release our comrades, whom you are holding, and we will release your soldiers."
We are the "Stotters" who make ourselves aware of the enemy who wishes to do us harm
"To everyone who has gone out of the righteous way and has committed a crime in the name of religion and to everyone who belongs to that group that has done itself a disservice, everyone who has been captured in terror acts is given the chance to come back to God if they want to save their lives, their souls," Abdullah said.
"If they give themselves up without force within one month maximum from the date of this speech, we can promise them that they are going to be safe."
Abdullah said all such people would be dealt with fairly, in accordance with Islamic law."
Excuse me if I am very DUBIOUS about islamic law at the moment!!!
Yet the enemy is not contained, nor is he rendered harmless. And his fury increases as the day of sovereignty comes upon the Iraqi people. Unite this nation in its efforts to fully partake of liberty and freedom, of commerce and prosperity ... may they be willing to bear the burden, and the cost. Concentrate the efforts, Merciful Father, in revealing the plans of the enemy and preventing harm to the new government ... grant them great success that the people might come and go in peace and safety. Open up the gates to this new nation, that the world might see the tremendous success that has been visited upon them ... put the media to shame for their deceptive portrayal of events. Replace them, O God, with honesty and diligence, that we might delight in all that You have wrought.
Grant success to our defenders, Merciful Father, no matter their appointed post. Expand the networks of intelligence ... increase the means of rescue ... confuse and confound the enemy ... cause him to be careless while we remain vigilant and untiring. We recoil at the utter treason of our countrymen in giving aid to the enemy in words and actions ... thank You, Sovereign God, that they must give an account for every idle word. It is our prayer that not one of our precious sons and daughters would be harmed as a result of their callousness ... we ask that You render them harmless.
By the Power of the Holy Spirit, speak to our hearts that we not be complacent. Guide all branches of our government to be focused and unrelenting in keeping America safe. Thank You for the commitment of our President to the tasks of protecting and safeguarding our countrymen ... as he upholds us, we uphold him before the Throne of Grace ... grant safety and success to his cause, for he acts as guardian of the land that You have given to us. And to this country graced by God, I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.
In the Name of Jesus, may it be thus, O Lord, Amen ...
hmmmm...

Note on your article re: Bush visit to Nato meeting in Ankara Turkey.
There was a bus bombing just today right in front of the hotel he will be staying at.
Caution would be the word of the day for him. For us it will be prayers until he returns to us.
You should call Laurie with this FFNJ!

This sounds highly suspicious. There have been a few unexplained random shootings in NYC lately also.

23 June 2004 - Muslim children play at beheading
Just when you think it can't get any worse, it does.
A video located today on Sheik Abu Hamza's website, www.shareeah.org, features four children, doing what as children the world over do: pretending.
But what is completely unnerving about this video is what they are pretending.
One young boy kneels in front of three other children, in the same manner of the condemned man; Three other children stand behind him in the same way that the terrorists stood over the men prior to their beheading. The three standing children are armed with pretend weapons. One of the three children is a girl.
The tallest of the three standing children pretends he is Zarqawi, and reads a list of demands.
The film clip ends with the pretend beheading of the kneeling child.
Chilling.
I feel so many do just that
She sure did. I think it's unusal for them to 'not' give a description of the shooter when they want to find him/her. No description at all even from the people.
It has picked up in the ME today for sure, Iraq and Turkey and then some...

So cute when they are young but they blow up so quickly.

Beautifully Wonderful!

You are Aces my fellow Illinoisian
I will say here I have no axe to grind with him. My post is how I and many others feel. Some feel otherwise and that is their choice. We have to watch all of them, we have to fight them on their own level (down and dirty).
What irked me most was accusing some posters on the TM of (quote" people openly advocate terrorism, others silently approve, and the rest simply say nothing."unquote)
THAT is not what this thread is about. Sometimes when another person is beheaded people get angry and we can chalk some of the off the cuff remarks to anger IMHO. (what decent human being would not be angry at beheadings and murder of our soldiers) The four Marines and all the rest plus the hostages still held!!!
To wimp out now like BJ did would put us back years in the fight with them. Why do you think they want Bush gone?
They are hoping and praying to allah that we elect a wimp with no cajones who will perhaps give them "AMNESTY" like the Saudis and pull our troops out of the middle East.
ALSO, this morning MSNBC reported there are videos of children practicing beheadings which came from the same mosque that Moussaoui and Richard Reid belonged to. How's that for the religion of peace???
Thanks V, I emailed them with the invite ;)
