Thank you for the article on Dr. Tulu, as I expected.

The Doctor was of great value to the world, a young man, and more than likely with a young family. Very sad.

One has to wonder what he knew that had to be kept quiet?

I don't quite understand your link to what you say is the
Homeland Security.

On your site that link goes to a site that reports about Homeland Security, but does not appear to be a part of the United States Government: Department of Homeland Security.

Is there a reason for having a strange group doing the reporting of the most important publications.

Or am I wrong in what I thought that I am seeing at:
