By living in a non-exclusive area of Alabama, I'm just confused. ;-)
LOL! I just sprayed coffee on my computer.
I would never have considered it a couple of years ago, because everyone who had it done looked so fake. But now, when it's very good, it's REALLY very good.
If I play my cards right, I can be a hottie until I'm in my 60's! (If you don't believe me, check out Susan Sarandon lately. Yes, I hate her, too. But she had some really good work done before the Oscars - check out a pic from two years ago and one now. Old skank could pass for 35!)

I have been looking for that picture for years. Someone posted it 2 weeks ago. Fits him well

Yep, Clinton's first big political job was to serve as Director of McGovern's campaign in Texas in 1972. Hmmm, let's see how he did...
NOTE: on this map, from Dave Leip's excellent website, GOP=blue, and Dem=red, with the darker hues indicating larger majorities in both cases.

>>I believe Dorian Gray was originally a character in a novel, although I'm not sure which one...
By famous author Oscar Wilde. At least he used to be famous :) Still good for a million hits on Google, check him out! Very funny fellow.
My favorite line of Wilde's, good line for anti-peace-movement purposes: "Conscience and cowardice are really the same things. Conscience is the trade-name of the firm. That is all."

there are MANY "double entendres"..and subtle put-downs.. Thank you for saying that -- some people just don't get that this speech was written to be gracious to the casual observer but when you look at it closely, I start chuckling. Would have expected nothing less from this President and is perfect for Clinton who parsed everything!

Just got back from a meeting and missed all of this but her portrait in a black paintsuit -- I almost lost my Coke I am drinking on my keyboard! After all the negative comments about the black pantsuit and that is what she chose not to mention it is an odd pose for an official portrait!
I am sitting here laughing -- he looks really old in his!

Thanks. We read The Importance Of Being Earnest in one of my English classes. I laughed the whole way through. I may have to go read Portrait of Dorian Gray, now. I'll have to remember that quote, too.

You gotta be kidding. That little beady eyed rodent, Chelsea, only looks good because she is sitting next to one of the ugliest (personally) women alive.

I thought I was in an alternate universe....but Chelsea looked lovely. Most on this thread agree....they also think she has had some work done...I agree. Whatever she had done really helped improve her looks. Perhaps she did it because of all the "beady rodent" and other name calling she had to endure over the years. If I had to hear that kind of talk...I would have done an extreme makeover too!

Is Clinton's hand in his pants pocket in that portrait? And if it is, I wonder if there's actually a pocket in those pants.
To: TomGuy
Why do I think that the blond guy's head is hiding either a depiction of a repulsive residue or the top of the back of a head (in the painting)?

I am a HUGE Wilde fan. Two of his quotes that applies to today & the Clintons are:
"Always forgive your enemies; nothing annoys them so much."
"Some cause happiness wherever they go; others whenever they go."
