What is a glass seal? It's a plate of glass attached to the casket at the rubber gasket around the top. It is locked down before closing and provides an extra barrier to moisture.
Glass sealers are offered in high-end caskets, mostly hardwoods, and coppers and bronzes.

Why does Hannity have Dick Morris on? That man is repulsive. He knows what he's talking about. I reluctantly respect the man - the only reason he was canned by the clintons had to be because he wasn't quite malleable enough for their tastes. It couldn't possibly have been because of his indiscretions.

I was shocked to see how much of a toll the past few days have had on Nancy. I hope, with President Reagan's passing, that she can begin recuperating. I know the past decade has been horrible on her.

CSPAM is showing the army marching band, and now a group of Marines in greens.(sorry)
Navy in whites, with officers following. Now, Air Force.
And, as a dedication to capitalism, a vendor selling cold bottled water along with parade route.
Finally, Coast Guard.
If I was younger and single....

Question about C-SPAN PHONE LINES?
Why are the democrats line ABOVE the Republican phone #?
I thought the party in power had their call in # on top? Am I wrong?

I don't think CNN is going to be able to LIE about crowd estimates this time. But watch 'em try. They'll be reporting that estimates of around 800 were gathered to pay their respects.

Over 100 step to climb on the western end of Capitol.
The coffin is over 700 pounds. Heat over 90's humidity very high. That honor guard has quite a workout in store for them.

Major Garrett says that there are people in the crowd from California and Idaho. Says that at first the crowds were small, but now they are growing at a fast rate.
