Thank you for that wonderful pic of Maggie and Ronny.
It will be my wallpaper for a long, long time!

I had the pleasure of shaking hands with Ronald Reagan in October 1980, at a campaign stop in Ohio. I will always remember how vigorous he looked that day.
RIP, Mr. President. Blessings to your family.

Before anyone gets the wrong idea. Let me just say I hold no malicious will to Carter. I just wish that Reagan would've lived longer and in better health. Cowboys shouldn't ever die.

On my only trip to Los Angeles my wife and I made the side trip to Simi Valley to go the the library. All I can say is that it was simply incredible. RWR is one of my heros and I will never forget that trip., I just hope I can get back with my kids. I want them to know about this great man who changed the world.

I expect Kerry's statement will take a swipe at him.I think I hope even Kerry has more class than that. We will find out.

Its hard not to weep at his passing but our loss is Heaven's gain. Today that wonderful mind and optimistic spirit is no longer held captive, he has been set free. Godspeed, Mr President, you take with you the love and admiration of a grateful nation.

Take him and cut him out in little stars,
And he will make the face of heaven so fine
That all the world will be in love with night
And pay no worship to the garish sun." - - Shakespea re

I am so sad. We knew it was coming for a long time but that doesn't help. Such a very great man who embodied the true spirit of America in all he lived and did.
I just wanted to come here and cry with you all.

I voted for President Reagan in '84 my first, although I never regretted it since my parents were refugees from Poland who were shipped to the Soviet Union gulags in the early days of WWII.
I think the most amazing thing about the Reagan revolution is he was able to accomplish this without the internet, without talk radio, with the entire media and all elitist institutions against him, only 6 years after watergate. God bless this great man who was able to bring this country back to it's feet, and make optimism a part of our national spirit again.
I hope my Dad who passed last year is getting to meet his personal hero.

Why do we have to be sad? He had a glorious, near perfect life, and accomplished so much, lived long and healthy, had childfren and grandchildren, and the love of a good woman..It was his time, God called him home. There is NO need for sadness..
