Yesterday while heading out to lunch here in downtown DC, I had a chance encounter with a young female, who was employed by the DNC and passing out flyers.
She approached me and said "Help the Kerry defeat Bush and Democrats take back the Congress."
I clicked off a quick list of things about John F Kerry.
1)He has only one black person and no Hispanics on his campaign staff.
2)No one has no idea were he stands on anything.
3)As a vet I am sick and tired of him running arounding acting like a warhero, when he received 3 papercuts and after 4 months went home, were as I did three 6 months deployments and 7 years in the NAVY so why would I vote for that clown.
4)Plus on top of it all I am a Republican.
The little Democrat was left with her mouth hanging open, I guess she had never met a black man with a free will of his own and a handle on issues.
A older lady soon showed up and they moved down the street.
They look more like tennis balls............
Hilarious! Thanks for relating the story.
LOL!
Ha! Good work! Thanks for all you do in the DC Freeps, too. Your work and that of the DC Chapter is truly a joy to behold.

BRAVO!!!!
I'm sure they spent the rest of the day talking about you neing an Uncle Tom.
Bravo and HOOAH!
"I'm rather afraid of his supporters myself....."
Not nearly as much as they are afraid of you! After all, you are one of those EEEEEvil warmongering Republicans/neocons/rightwing maniacs!
We should always remember that we are their worst nightmares....and enjoy it accordingly.
Well Done, My Friend. Just like a steak from Ruth's Chris Steakhouse!!!!!
Excellent!
Way to go, TB, outstanding! The Duh-clone probably didn't know what hit her!
Good Job....
Sir, bring a camera with you next time and let us all enjoy her shocked expression.
That quote was from Animal Farm not 1984. Both books were by Orwell.
Case in point. I posted the story about 1.2 million jobs being created so far in 2004 on a message board. Here is the reply I get from one of my "friends":
if employers are hiring now because they know BUSH is going to be ousted. Usually during an election year when there is new employment growth it is because Corporations are expecting a change in power. This happened right before BUSH sr. lost to Clinton. Sure, one can say it is because BUSH has done something good that has started this growth, but we all know that isn't true.
I will tell you how I know this. Because when Clinton won his first election in the early '90's and the job market started to really take off everyone said it was because of BUSH sr. Republicans said it takes a few years for things to catch up. Well if that was the case of BUSH rs, then the same must be said for Clinton, right?
Amen brother.
