Why would he say such a thing? I don't recall Neil Kinnock ever making that claim.

LOL! NEVER LET THEM FORGET!

How could I forget? I got some really nasty private email because of my post to that thread. I must admit to having enjoyed the nasty notes though, it's fun setting people off.

I'm more impressed that he got booed on a college campus than the fact that it was in his home state. Someone will get fired at that school for failing to properly indoctrinate this year's crop of lefties...

I agree. A real embarrassment for the school. These students should have never been allowed to graduate.

With Biden, it's hard to tell if the booing is for his blatant lying, his abject ignorance, or just the basic inappropriateness of his topic.

He probably plagiarized his speech anyway.

I used to have empathy for Biden when he lost his young first wife and I think an infant in that car wreck around 30 years ago.....and then a brain tumour.

He has long since taxed my regard.

"Let's just hope the other 30% who are confused vote for Bush and not kerry or hillary when the time comes. Anything can still happen. We have to continue the fight down to the wire."

You better believe that the Dems will pull a "New Jersey" or a "Torrecelli" again illegally if they see that kerry or hillary can't pull it out...

But, consider that there is also something else baking:

Take 1 attack on the Saudi Oil industry to thwart or bring down their oil production, then 1 "Global Warming" movie set to make $100-million this weekend, add to that the Michael Moore movie set to hit theatres and bash Bush this Summer now for sure (probably even to TV on CBS before Fall)...and bake them all together over the next 4 (or so) months with daily Bush bashing by the "Alphabet Networks" and the nightly stories about troop deaths and showing hospital stories of the badly wounded and disabled, and what do you get?

I know what the majority of brain-dead "stupid people" as Boortz describes them will do: vote to elect this nation into a full-blown, real-life disaster.

It is pleasing to see young folks boo the left in academic enviroments.....especially at places like Hofstra.

Tom Brokaw was booed somewhere, to his shock. Thank God.

He probably doesn't care, since he got paid $75,000 to give the speech.

ALL the Ratners have money. Gobs of it. Daddy Al develops shopping malls, for starters. I believe it originally came from lumber yards, but I am hazy on the details.

But since the Supreme Court has affirmed that you can marry anybody, this means you can also marry a bunch of people! Maybe they'll form a threesome.

Sounds as though it's a good candidate school for progeny of conservatives.

Thank God the young people have some sense.

That would be the great University of Delaware... Very proud of the Delawareans who showed their feelings to the lying Senator from the Diamond State... Or is that the Delawarites? Or Delawinnies? [A little "Taxi" humor for any Freepers old enough to remember...]

Only in America could a known plagiarist repeatedly be elected to the U.S. Senate and get to speak at a college commencement exercise.
