MoveOn.Org has a short article and action item on their web page asking people to hand out flyers and allowing them to "sign up" to be at the theater after screenings of The Day After Tomorrow. I assume the flyers will tell people of the impending death and destruction brought about by my driving an SUV. There aren't many people signed up right now, but anyone inclined to Freep MoveOn?
From what I've seen of the reviews this will be the most elaborate political stunt ever. FOX got Gore and MoveOn to put their political future in a horrendous movie.
day after tomorrow = passion of christ for the left
hey you stole that from SittinYonder! lol just kidding, but it seems to be true.
To bad they have to grasp on something so scientifically false to believe in.
Global warming and freezing taking place at the same time. Makes sense to Al Bore!
from all I've read, this room is crap, crap, and more crap. I guess at the premier party, executives for the movie kicked out of the party those who would give a failing review.
day after tomorrow = ishtar for the studios
It appears that this novie is going to make "Ishtar" and "Waterworld" look like box office smashes by comparison.
They kicked all of the press out of the party, even one reporter from their company.

I saw the movie last night, no one was passing out propaganda at the theatre.
My take on the flick: http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1142920/posts
LOL! Morbo kills me!
the only ones who think this movie is good are the ones who believe the myth of global wartming.
The actors, story, and other parts of this movie is crap.
slurm for president!
Zapp Brannigan for President of Doop!
At one time, I wanted to see this movie. I love a good disaster film like "Deep Impact", and Art Bell got me through many a night shift.
Now that I have seen just how BAD the science is, and how political it has become, I have no desire to watch this.
That about sums it up.
