Non of us, I'm sure want to send an innocent man to jail or pay millions on bogus charges. There's some justice tho, he's had to pay much to clear his name over a few stolen minutes of pleasure.

Maybe that was her mother who did that --- apparently the girl was telling her mother all about her evening with a celebrity when the mother decided it was rape.
MSNBC-TV reported on Wednesday that sources close to the case confirmed that the prosecution's own lab found scientific evidence that could prove the alleged victim lied to detectives about having sex with another man shortly after her encounter with Bryant.
Tests evidently showed that another man's sperm was found in her body, whereas it had previously been reported that the sperm was found only in her underwear.
Maybe he's caught on the sex with strangers isn't the smartest thing to do. Too bad he never saw that movie "Fatal Attraction" or it might have occurred to him that all quickie sex partners might not be perfectly sane.
Memory is vague but didn't she admit to having sex either the day before or same day as the alleged rape occurred? My question is whether science can prove the other sperm found came afterwards.
Science can raise reasonable doubt, which is all that is required.

Good point sink but the fact that two of his blood stains were found on her underwear as well as his shirt might also weigh heavily with the jury. I am anxious to hear how the DA will explain the new lab reports and how the Judge will treat this new evidence.
Answer? It's not his sperm. She was with at least two guys that week.
And I just found a place where she said she had the sex with the condom 3 days before the "incident."

I found the date -- She had sex on June 28th, two days prior to the alleged assault. Frankly, I am anxious to hear what statements he made that leads the DA to say it is direct evidence and corroborates her claim. Thus far it remains under seal and his attorney is fighting to have it remain so.
Correction to my earlier post sink. I meant to say her blood stains.
So what? Does that mean she could not have been raped by Bryant? That she was incapable of saying NO? And just what the hell does this have to do with whether Bryant raped or not in the first place?
