Just re-read part of the transcript and I see where she admitted having sex but no date was mentioned. What I also JUST learned was whomever she had sex with wore a condom, which raises the questions of how his sperm got on her undies.

Science can raise reasonable doubt, which is all that is required. Good point sink but the fact that two of his blood stains were found on her underwear as well as his shirt might also weigh heavily with the jury.
