An Army spokesman said: “This was an intense engagement.” Typical British understatement. On the short end of 5-1 odds, and coming out of there with 3 wounded while killing 35 and capturing 9 is definitely "intense".

This was TOO GOOD! It's good to see that the Scots can really fight as well as strut their stuff.And they sure can strut their stuff! Better than the Irish can. I saw the Highlanders in Chicago many years ago and I just loved seeing them strut their stuff and play those bagpipes!
