We really give the French a hard time. When you get away from places like Paris and Cannes, they aren't so bad and aren't America hating vipers like they are in San Francisco.
Once when the USS JFK pulled into Cannes, a couple of sailor buddies of mine and I wandered waaaaayyyy back up into the residental district to a small neighborhood bar and were treated quite well. We spoke no French and they spoke no English but they bought us more drinks than we could handle and had to literally lead us back to the ship. We would have had a hard time finding the way back sober in the daytime, much less drunk as a skunk at night. (Ahhh, the good times!)

These people take no responsibility for the situation we are in. They don't think that they're assault on culture has contributed to the hatred in the world? They don't think they would be the first on the line to be beheaded? I want to cry.

Exactly! This raises my expectation that he has included most of the worst conspiracy theories on the Bush family.
Should be discredited rather quickly in the real world with the added benefit of painting Dems as "Bush Haters".
You know, if someone made a "documentary" that said Bush was an alien overlord hellbent on world destruction for his Martian Master Zorg, and meant it seriously, the French would give it a standing ovation.

Yeah... um... so Michael Moore was able to find a few soldiers with sour grapes. I'd like to see Michael Moore be brave enough to wade into a crowd of troops. He wouldn't make it out.
Fact: the vast majority of American soldiers hate Michael Moore with a passion. Fact: more soldiers will be voting for Bush than Kerry. In fact, all of the soldiers I know have a unanimous response when asked about Kerry - "*F* Kerry."
But hey, there's always gonna be a few soldiers that don't know their head from their arse. While 12 soldiers in Kerry's Vietnam photo want nothing to do with him, there are two that think Kerry is just grand. One of them must be the father of the soldier Moore interviewed in Iraq.
