I think it must be anonymous all around.
All we want is stats.
And we want some stats early enough to have a baseline to judge from.
I don't even know if we want as specific as cities or zip codes but we could consider that.

Steve Quayle and Doug Hagmann (NEIN) will be on Coast to Coast with George Noory this evening. NEIN says they will release new information that hasn't been made public yet. It could be a good "connect the dots" session.

Since I haven't been directly involved with the ongoing development of the new OnStar platform, I'm not in a position to validate the hacking claims. The competitor's telematics system had a significant security hole that was fixable using a Diffie-Helman key exchange to cover the session initiation. The defect was never fixed because the project was abandoned in June 2002.

2) who would be willing to say complete a short checklist every time they do, within minutes or an hour or so of crossing paths with the muslims.

EMAIL THE COMPLETED CHECKLIST TO ME, JUST PIPER AND INDIE. As long as I was available and connected, I'd put the info into XCEL OR SPSS and run some basic statistics on it and then post the statistics to the thread. I'd provide a private email for such though FREEPMAIL might be OK.
After 2-3 weeks, we should have a baseline of data from hopefully at least 2 dozen observers widely scattered over the USA. Then, if the baselines suddenly changed for a significant percentage of the Moslems, we'd have some very interesting and potentially very useful, safety enhancing data.
Any thoughts, suggestions, detractions regarding such an effort?
Is it clearer now?

Sounds great to me.
It would be wonderful if we could have 2-3 observers for the same Moslems. We'd have to code them so we knew they were for the same observed situation. A diversity of eyes tends to pick up a greater wealth of more robust info.
If we had 2-3 observers for 5 or so scattered Moslems in the same general locale over 24-48 locales scattered over the USA, that would be VERY POWERFUL in alert, predictive usefulness, imho.
