DC Chapter at Rumsfeld House: Surprise FReep of Left LIVE THREAD!

DC Chapter has just begun a STEALTH, NO advance notice, FReep of the Code Pink and other leftists who are at Rumsfeld's house in Northwest DC to re-enact "torture" of Iraqi prisoners. Some stalwart members of the DC Chapter have gathered peacefully to counter the leftists.
Watch this space for reports from the scene.

Tgsltakoma called in first, driving around looking for a parking space and checking the situation with the DC police.
Then BillF called and I also spoke with Kristinn. Also present are
Jimmy Valentine's Brother, trueblackman, and bmwcyle.
35 to 50 leftests on the scene; plenty of DOD security and DC police.

The FReepers really rained on the leftist parade - they only stayed 15-20 minutes. (It is a hot and humid evening.) FReeper signs include “Americans support our troops and their mission” and “We support SecDef Rumsfeld.” The signs also include a couple of graphic still photos.
A lot of media are present including local channel 7 (abc), the Washington Times, Reuters, and AP. I hear bmw being interviewed by the Arab-American News Agency.
It appears this stealth FReep was a highly successful counter protest. The outnumbered FReepers faced down and very quickly chased off the leftists.
As Kristinn put it, this was a real morale boost.
