Ah,those manly French !
A French policeman faces trial in police court for driving under the influence, (and violation of fashion codes ?) after he was stopped -at the wheel of his car,drunk,and wearing only a pair of fishnet tights.
The man admitted to being a part-time prostitute,after his fellow officers pulled him over,following a chase through the Bois de Boulogne-a wooded area on the outskirts of Paris,much favored by transsexual prostitutes.The embarrassed officer said he needed the extra income.
(Clearly his wardrobe was not au courant.)

The rest of the story, is that the Cop was a woman.
French regulations require only male superior officers
may wear fishnets, and they must be properly color coordinated.

au contraire, just got back from europe including Milan, where they show everyone how to dress. Fisnets all over the place including orange ones and spidernet ones.
