Levin, as usual, is over the top. I thought the alleged mistreatment was done by reservists rather than active enlisted military?

We HAVE to start thinking like the enemy...
We have to understand them, but please, let's not start thinking like them.

Amen.
I went on a long drive this morning, which turned out to be a waste of time, and prayed for the entire hour for Rumsfeld.

As I suspected, all network channels are covering. And the swift boat veterans presser got squat from the media.

Levin making the dem point I've stated is their aim:
This treatment is not aberrant but methodical and intentional.
Quoting the president's lawyer, Gonzales, about not invoking the Geneva Convention.
As I've repeatedly said, President Bush and Rumsfeld did not authorize this treatment and THAT is what the dems mean by an "apology". Not that this aberrant behavior (which it in fact was) took place at all, which is what their "apologies" are.

Levin's slamming the entire military...the CIA...everything American.
It's sickening.

Army tightly guarded pictures of prison abuseWithin hours,(on jan13th) the investigators seized computers and disks from members of the unit.
The next day, Gen. John Abizaid, commander of all U.S. forces in the region, was on the phone to Defense Secretary Donald H. Rumsfeld.
"General Abizaid informed the leadership within hours of the incident," said a senior Pentagon official.

Anyone guess what the next Big Thing will be after this blows over? Let's face it, this is the very reason the rats wanted a short primary and a long GE campaign - more time to use THEIR assets (Media, Hollywood, Print Media, Senate stuffed with graveyard-ready hardliners) to assault the president for as long as possible. We will be watching hearings until November and they all will be "unprecedented".
