The beast is covering up for CBS. "The focus of the release of the pictures is beyond the point."
To: Right_in_Virginia
Nooooo!! It won't, that son't satisfy them.
To: Mo1
>>I still would like to know how CBS got those pictures. ... WHO IS LEAKING TO THE PRESS???
I don't suppose we'll see a fullblown criminal investigation, some punitive fines that put the network into bankruptcy...no, that would be too draconian!
Let's face it, if the Republicans in this country cannot grow the backbone sufficient even to reproach the Democrats in Congress (instead of politely tolerating innumerable inquisitions calculated to undermine America), we are doomed no matter who wins in November.
Responsibility is truly found at the top. When will the President stand up and say enough's enough? Rumsfeld, the best of a splendid team, called to account by the likes of Kennedy and Byrd---is that not enough?
To: petercooper
Hillary.....atrocities depicted in photo'svery verbally described in the report.....stomach turns in disgust....focus on pics, with all due respect, missing the point.....report discussed on numerous occasions....the underlying conduct and failyure of the command ....failing to act with quick response ...is really atthe heart of ...what we face today.....
To: TrueBeliever9
You have amply demonstrated you have no perception.
To describe me as hysterical when it is you ranting and raving? What nonsense.

She won't be asking because there will be a shopping mall on the site.
To: kcvl
I knew it don't worry about who took the pictures and who release them to Danny Boy at CBS......
Hey Hillry you feeling a bit guilty.....
To: cgk
Well, since you're so offended by us estorgen carriers on this thread, I just wanted to make sure it was okay I called. :-)

It is most certainly against the Geneva Convention to distribute these type of photos. I am truly amazed that any of our trained military would not have recognized that. I would be very surprised if the Old Media did not realize that... It sure would be nice to know if they could be held somehow liable for doing so. Can a news organization (CBS in this case) be charged with violating the Geneva Convention?
To: Dales
Looks like someone in Hillary's world is responsible for the Photo's being released, she is saying that whoever released the photo's is of no consequence.
To: pdfw
And she has the nerve to call the pictures "ATROCITIES."
She is so full of crap - There she goes again. What a hypocrite. Not once have I heard her describe 911 or the burning of soliders atrocities.

Q Thank you, Mr. President. Senator Harkins said today that for the good of the country, the safety of our troops, our image around the globe, Secretary Rumsfeld should resign. If he doesn't resign, the President should fire him. We know you weren't happy with him yesterday. Should he keep his job?
And for Your Majesty, how much damage did these images do in your country?
PRESIDENT BUSH: Secretary Rumsfeld is a really good Secretary of Defense. Secretary Rumsfeld has served our nation well. Secretary Rumsfeld has been the Secretary during two wars. And he is -- he's an important part of my Cabinet, and he'll stay in my Cabinet.
To: Mo1
:) I feel like I don't know anything for sure with this mess -- except that Rummy rocks.
