NEW YORK — Developers of the Freedom Tower (search) will break ground on the 1,776-foot skyscraper at the World Trade Center site on July 4, The Associated Press learned Wednesday.

"On July 4, as we commemorate the founding of our nation, we lay the foundation for our resurgence," Gov. George E. Pataki said in prepared remarks obtained by The Associated Press. "On July 4, as fireworks burst in the sky, ephemeral reminders of our liberty, we will begin to reclaim our skyline with a permanent symbol of our freedom."

"You clearly have difficulty understaning the english language."

No, you clearly have difficulty dealing with any attempt to apply reason to your scattered logic. Your reasoning on the WTC site doesn't apply to the rest of the country, but the site isn't fundamentally different anyhow, but different rules apply for some reason. You're trying to claim that two contradictory ideas are true at the same time so that you can switch between to avoid having to make an argument to defend one of them.

Case in point-

"Nobody signs on to a domestic constuction job with the understanding that they might get murdered."

"They will get a crew - I don't doubt that."

"At that point, people will knowingly and willingly be free to sign on or decline the project with the understanding that they in fact may get murdered."

The English language works only as well as the person using it. It can't make up for your doublethink.

You can repeat yourself as many times as you like, and attempt to obfuscate the matter with as many disclaimers and insults as you like, but it will not change the fact that there is a gaping hole in your argument that you refuse to address.

""Nobody forced them." Well, nice words from your safe perch in Louisiana, son."

Having fun talking to yourself there?

The scattered logic is yours. I have been consistently clear on the matter. It is you I am talking to, son. Not myself. The "nobody forced them" remark were your words, not mine.

You wrongly tried to make my comments a general principle about construction in the USA, and how that might not make the terrorists want to attack us. I never suggested any such thing.

I spoke only about the WTC construction site. If you can not see how difficult it will be to secure it and build Freedom Tower, especially in this climate, its not my thinking that is scattered, it's yours.

Building it or not building it, once again, has no national impact on whether we will be struck again (we will be struck again, regardless, if you were wondering).

I am saying that the Freedom Tower project will be a large vulnerable target that will be expolited. People will die, and for what? So we can say we built a 1776 foot tall tower. Dumb, dumb. Build a nice memorial park and leave it at that - less is more. Posturing from a safe perch 1500 miles away isn't flattering.

But you keep on rooting from your safe perch in Louisiana, son. When the construction site has its own weekly body count, I hope you will be proud.

Really? Point out where I said that. Seems that you're the one with the reading disability here.

As for the rest, all you do is ignore what I've said and repeated yourself again. That won't work against me. Unlike you, I undestood what you were saying the first time you said it. Understanding an argument, however, and accepting it as valid are two different things. You can't seem to get past the former, however, and so you cannot comprehend the latter.

But I doubt that any of this is getting through to you. Arguing with people like you quickly becomes too much like arguing with a brick wall with a tape recorder on infinite loop taped to it.

You said "So who's forcing you to work at the construction site?" on post 17, Einstein.

I don't ignore what you said - it's you who drew conclusions from my post that were unintended. It's you with the reading comprehension problem. It's you who is the thick brick.

You are pointing out self serving conclusions that show an inability to understand what I wrote. Again, at no time did I suggest not building the Freedom Tower would spare us from other terrorist attacks. That's a strange fantasy you came up with, probnably because you are unwilling or unable to understand what I read - that is, the Freedom Tower project, persued at this time, will be a logistical problem.

People will die. But you don't seem to care. Oh well, not much more to add here.

"You said "So who's forcing you to work at the construction site?" on post 17, Einstein."

I asked you to point out where I said "nobody forced them", which is what you are claiming that I said, idiot. That you can't tell the difference between the two while saying that I have a reading comprehension problem makes you look rather pathetic.

Meanwhile, you claim to understand what I have written, but can offer no rebuttal other than "uh... you just don't understand!". Your argument is till at square one. A few posts ago I said

"Your reasoning on the WTC site doesn't apply to the rest of the country, but the site isn't fundamentally different anyhow, but different rules apply for some reason"

Since then, you have done nothing to address the flaws in your logic other than to demonstrate the substandard thinking process that created them.

Not so.

You questioned why I distinguished the WTC site from other construction sites, and I did.

You can not or will not grasp that the site is unique, and that constructing the world's tallest building on what we know to be at least one of the world's biggest terrorist targets will be a logistical nightmare.

You don't care.

The logic has no flaws. The enemy simply will not allow such a structure to be built at this time, at that site.

You don't care.

Denial isn't a river in Egypt. Though as I have said earlier, from your safe perch in Louisiana, I am sure it makes you feel very tough and very patriotic to endorse such an ambitious, and indeed doomed, project.

The project won't get very far - people will die and it will have to be abandoned.

But you don't care.

Good luck, pal. You enjou making half--baked life and death decisions. I don't. And that's the difference between you and me.

I'd call you a retard, but it would be an insult to the mentally challenged. What in your empty skull, exactly, makes you think that repeating yourself yet again, makes your argument stronger? And after four days, this is the best you can do?

And to make it even more pathetic:

"The logic has no flaws."
"Denial isn't a river in Egypt."

I'd ask you to try to see the irony in that, but there's no point. You just don't have the brain cells.

The river in egypt line is an old joke, so in addition to your inability to accept what I have said (and you made no effort to rebut the specific points I made in my latest and indeed, in all the posts), you are woefully ignorant of popular culture.

But that doesn't surprise me. You have a wonderful habit of entirely meeting my (low) expectations of you.

Again, your cavalier attitude about building the worlds tallest building in the worlds biggest target, with little or no regard to the difficulties to secure the site, speaks volumes for you.

HINT (Since I know you need it!): It isn't flattering.

So sit out there in Louisiana and play with the lives of NYers. That's the spirit. conservatives like you do our cause a great disservice - you want the worlds tallest building at the WTC site at any cost, mostly for one-upmanship and bragging rights.

And you don't seem to appreciate the danger of the project or the cost in human life=.

Good job! When the bodybags mount, I'll be ready to remind you of my warning.

(Of course, I have no doubt you will be unable or unwilling the accept the lesson then).

You're 'done.'

Actually, you're just too stupid to grasp irony even when it's shoved in your face. You continue to deny any flaws in your logic, and yet proceed to say that I'm in denial. Yet, unsurprisingly, even having those two quotes but back to back isn't enough to get through your thick skull to your tiny brain.

And you know what really proves how much of an idiot you are?

"I'd ask you to try to see the irony in that, but there's no point. You just don't have the brain cells."

I even set it up for you. I just presented you with irony, but theorized that you'll be to stupid to get it. And what do you do? You post in a way that makes it blatantly obvious that you didn't get it!

Of course, this is actually representative of your entire side of the argument: You don't have the intellectual presence to understand what I'm saying, so your combination of low intelligence and high self-importance can only allow you to assume that I can't understand you, even though I'm the one actually offering refutations while you remain dimly unable to post a relevant response.

You insisted early on that I argued against construction of buildings around the USA. I did no such thing. You needed to think that, not me.

I stand by what I said - and you are in denial if you think that the construction of Freedom Tower won';t be severely compromised by a terrorist presence.

I feel sorry for you. But I am partioculaly annoyed by how cavalier you are with American lives. Then again, as I said all along, it doesn't seem to matter much to you.

The tallest building in the world, at the site of one of our most stunning defeats!

Dumb idea.

PS - I said you were done.

Gee, really? You only said it 1,000 times. But's that's all you can do - stand by it. You can't defend it.

"PS - I said you were done."

You say alot of stupid things.

"The WTC towers should be rebuilt exactly as they were, except 1 story higher."

I agree EXCEPT, the FLOORS in each tower that the planes spanned as they crashed into them should be set aside as a memeorial site for the victims of that DAY of INFAMY.
