I believe that Mr. Zumwalt's brother died of Agent Orange complications.

Thank you for your service and your brother for his sacrifice.
When I came through LAX on leave from RVN, I didn't get
spit on but I got a lot of ugly looks, until a veteran of
world war II, a former sargent took me into the bar and bought me a beer and thanked me for my service, HIM I remember, I remember too a family in Seattle who took a
whole van of servicemen who were waiting on layover for a
flight back to Vietnam into their home and treated us as
though we were THEIR family for 24 hours, I remember THEM.
And I remember to thank those who now serve as I once did.
God Bless.

Ponder was the first to be wounded. First of three (book said twenty and Ponder says the difference is indeed significance). So is this a Thomas Eagleton moment?

That is true. LOL !!!
Barnard Wolff
signed letter in hopes it will help clarify the statements Kerry made in 1971.
Kerry's statemenets brought heartbreak to veterans and also helped to solidify tyrannical grasp govt on Vietnamese people.
This is Kerry's legacy.

I just called my brother in law, who served in Thailand during the Vietnam era. He didn't know this was on now. We need to get the word out!

This guy is pointing out the results of leaving Viet Nam...the poverty in Vietnam is a direct result of that.

The hits just keep on coming.
No one has stood before the American people to tell these truths in 30 years.

"During my senior year in college, I joined the national guard."
Then be proud.
You served when others did not.
Thank You for your service to our country.
To: Southflanknorthpawsis
I had cousins that served there and how I hated the "anti-war" freaks.
I do hope your husband knows that the generation that fought in that war are a special people and they were not losers, they are honorable men and women.
We cannot let the same thing happen again to our military that serves today. God Bless.
