"I have come here to kick ass and chew bubble-gum. I'm all out of bubble-gum."These fine warriors need to be unleashed and allowed to do what they need to do.........and that isn't being used for target practice by a goat-humping raghead...........

This one you HAVE to see!
"This is a tribe of warriors. They exist to close with and destroy the enemy. They have their tribal mores, rituals and rites. Their enemy has desecrated members of the tribe and taunted the Marines."
At the core, it's still the Corps!
If the assault is ever ordered - I pray the cameras are turned OFF.

After seeing his wounded tank crew off, Chambers realized he was wounded, too ---- hit in the upper left arm with shrapnel.
This guy didn't realize he was wounded. Kerry went running for his medal. God bless these guys.

I like reading this stuff much better than the whiney sniveling defeatist drivel you get from the RATs and their useful idiot mouthpieces.

For your reading pleasure. From the article:
Gunnery Sgt. Mark Woodward was surprised Thursday to hear that a cease-fire had been in place since Monday. "Oh, that's what that was called?"
Thanks for the named quotes. Looks like Gunnery Sgt. Woodward didn't notice that there was a "cease fire".
That kind of tells me that -- there wasn't a cease fire.

There was a guy in a headscarf with an AK47 standing there looking at me, so I shot him. Dang it, I love that line...

Well, one of the other qoutes also stated that "We had a cease-fire in place, now we only need to have the other guy implement one."
I may agree with you on the big point (no cease-fire), but I'm stubborn about it because these are my Marines.

"Oh, I'm sure there's plenty of them left," said Cpl. Philip Cook, 21, of Huntington, W.Va. "There just weren't any more who wanted to mess with us last night."
"I think the insurgents and foreign fighters tried to make a conventional stand last night," "They showed their hand that they would stand and fight," he said. "And they paid dearly for it."
"These boys definitely want to come out and play this morning!" My three personal favorites.

Great quote!
Marines blared loudspeaker messages into Fallujah, saying, "You are cowards for hiding behind women and children. Come out and fight," Byrne said. They also played heavy metal music, including AC/DC's "Shoot to Thrill

"I don't think they expected us to retaliate as hard as we did," said Lt. Col. Matthew A. Lopez
One of these days they're going to figure it out.
"I would not wish to fight the United States either militarily, politically, or culturally. For every threat, our history teaches us that Americans offer not just a rejoinder, but the specter of a devastating answer of a magnitude almost inconceivable to those now chanting and threatening in the streets of the Middle East. Do they have any idea of what sort of dangerous people we really are? Do they understand the history of the names of those ships now off their coasts, like the USS Peleliu or Enterprise, or the pedigree of the 82nd or 101st Airborne?"
