Posted on 04/20/2004 6:33:47 PM PDT by rintense

President Bush headed to Buffalo, NY today to discuss Homeland Defense and specifically, the Patriot Act. Bush made his case that if parts of the Act expire, it could weaken our homeland defense. The President then headed to NYC for a victory luncheon fundraiser. Meanwhile, First Lady Laura headed to Louisville, KY to attend and award ceremony. Enjoy your daily dose of Dubya!

God Bless you both. And my deepest gratitude to Mike. I hope you can take a well-deserved break together. Although Mike is probably anxious to be at home, LOL!

Did you have bad weather down your way mystery? Bad stuff west of us........

HOORAH!!!! This is excellent and glorious news Nancy. I'm so happy for you and Mike. This must mean that things are looking better in Iraq too. I'm happy for the troops who will be coming home. That 90 day extension was the pits for them. Thank you Lord for this gift. Night all.

Of course we're 39. Could we possibly be any other age? I am really really gone now. Nighty night.

Oh, the MOST important news item: LOL! President Bush’s hair is NOT colored. It was obvious on TV that there is still some very light grey in places where the light hit it.

Because of the way light reflects off of them, some colors don't photograph well, or "reflect" misleading results. (Barney is black and photographs well usually, but the President and Laura's cat Indigo doesn't.)

Grays can disappear like some shades of blonde. When I was in grade school I had almost white hair. I cried when I saw the picture of our Girl Scout troop that appeared in the newspaper. I looked bald! ;)

If you either send it or post it, I won't have to search old threads or rely on the Google Store. : )

I knew it would be good, why didn't I save it?
