AQ will attack the US a few days before the November election. Strategy will backfire as GWB will win every state.

GWB needs to set the stage just in case something like that happens. Since Spain is pulling out, GWB should gather the leaders of the coalition, and make some very harsh statements about Spain. Saying that the terrorists won. Spain is an example of how terrorists succeed and that America will never bend to the will of terrorists. GWB needs to make it clear that this tactic will not work in America. Then contrast that to John Kerry as often as possible. The vast majority of the public needs to understand that NOW, and through November, so if anything were to happen, the vote is already setup.
