I'm thinking the US military had be very careful about calling in massive strikes on some of these towns. There could be bio and chem weapons there and it would be dangerous to hit them. That may explain some of the slowness of the actions there. However, I did hear that at least one 2,000 lber was dropped on a building in Fallujah.

This is a gift from God. This find should prevent a lot of injury and death to our best and brightest.

Go Marines! No better friend. No worse enemy!

"I guess that depends on how fast these bozos get resupplied. Hope not at all."

These mutts probably have arms hidden all over the country. You remember when they were showing off some of the stockpiles found in the early days? They said something to the effect that there were more weapons and ammo in Iraq (or around Baghdad?) than at several of our major military bases combined and that it was more weaponry than our entire forces brought with them.

Now, this may not apply to Fallujah because it's Suni and all, but what concerns me in the Shiite areas of Najaf and elsewhere is all the Iranian troops (disguised I'm sure) flooding into Iraq not being reported. I heard a little from Rush's 'Morning Update', but not much else. Iran is pouring in troops, arms and money, along with plenty of so-called 'clerics' [Imams, Mullahs, Ayatollahs et.al.] to stir up the Shiites...as if we don't have our hands full with the Baathists in Fallujah... These Iranians need to be wiped out in Iraq, hellfire the borders to wipe them out coming across, then if need be, wipe them out in Iraq... though that would be 'politically correct.

Six homemade surface-to-air missile launchers

I'd like to get a look at one of these. How does one make a SAM launcher at home?

Think we'll ever see Norm Abrams making one of these on PBS? :-)
