Big comet plunging toward our Sun

Comet Bradfield is plunging toward the sun; at closest approach on April 17th it will be well inside the orbit of Mercury. Sun-approaching comets sometimes break-apart. Will Comet Bradfield survive? No one knows.

i wonder if these two comets will raise up alitte more and away from the pre dawn-light horizon, it's harder to view them when you live in the city.

April 27th is also very interesting (F4 & T7), but the 3D
provided by JPL is better, it provides exact locations and movements of comets. I just wonder if data is still correct ?

I wonder if anybody out-there seen the comets today ???

If you look at C2001Q4, its orbital speed somewhat matches earth and extrapolates the two ~ intersection around 9/15? So we might get TWO pretty tail shows...from http://syzygyjob.net/phenomena/messages/55160.shtml

'Comet Bradfield F-4 Emerges'

Comet Bradfield ,which flew by the Sun on April 17th, is now emerging from the Sun glare. Sky watchers can see it rising in the eastern sky just before dawn. Luis Carreira took this picture of the comet on Satursday April 24th from Portugual.

There are no images, or reports of Comet C/2002 T7 (LINEAR)
,which should of been next(side by side) to Comet F4?

I am not good in the writing department, so forgive me if these questions sound nutty or not worded in the correct
order.

I am going to try to stay awake to see these comets in the pre-dawn hours, but I was thinking why T7 was not reported
or images taken of it ? It seem that T7 is late to the party ?

The path of T7 would of put it near the big coronal hole that is present on the sun right now, which are causing strong solar winds and shock waves , maybe supersonic shock waves Mach 3 to 8 + and it can effect the interplanetary magnetic field lines ?

Reading your post and data , I learn that "The shock wave is in the wrong place" said Dr Rayman. When some comets are hit ? What if T7 megnetic line was effected by these strong
Cosmic rays-typically protons particles. All of the sudden
for a brief moment the electrons that keep comet on track
was cut ?

This might explain why Soho is down, it's been 3 days now?

Does this make any sense to you light speed ?
Please understand I only have high school eduction in our inner-city of Chicago (60's) and am a good old soldier with the U.S. Army. Just thinking about T7 no show today ?

In relation to a comets directional speed...[sorry at the time of this post have not ani viewed T7]

Some imagine that a comet is drawn by gravity of the Sun..this is only part of the momentum.
What is core to the momentum is Quantum particle jump...Negative Ions..Protons..
Here..the comet becomes Elecrtically active..which creates the *Jetting.
Comets can jet dramatically and change course...Marsden noted this.
Comets are tricky to ident...sometimes 50-80 data profiles must be complied to assay its course.
Recently..one comet was seen to be on a parabolic course...then the data pull showed it to be hyperbolic.

I was unaware that SOHO was down...its been effected before by Plasma burts from the Sun...They also shut it down I believe if its going to get fried!

Comet calculations are most difficult..ie the jetting which changes the comets direction.
Some cometary return calculations have been off by months and years..ie comets of short duration with known time windows.
Passing Jupiter and Saturn is thought to effect them..most probably true...as both Gas Giants heave a wopping amplitude of current off..
and as mention in another post..Comets become active near them....and begin to jet from the ellectrical interface.

Magnetic field lines are stronger at the central plain of the solar system.
A Comet on a hyperbolic course will speed up as it nears the central plain....then be reduced in acceleration as it crosses out of the central plain.

Comets are fascinating in that their behaviour is constantly in flux.
Found this to be a usefull for understanding trajectory's.

1. Circular Orbit: eccentricity = 0

2. Elliptical Orbits: eccentricity < 1 The ellipse is the most common path that bodies acquire when orbiting another object in space.

Parabolic Trajectories: eccentricity = 1

Hyperbolic Trajectories: eccentricity > 1..Unless something of Mass is positioned near our Solar System to capture the comet and slingshot it back towards us...these Hyperbolic comets are *One time visiters....never to appear again.
