That's all that's currently up.
Isn't that just like liberals - try to take with the courts what you can't earn on your own merits.

It seems to be the only way liberals operate.
AA wrote a check their butts couldn't cash, why should the station owner be penalized??

...Air America quickly retaliated with a lawsuit. In Los Angeles and Chicago, listeners Wednesday who tuned in expecting to hear Al Franken, Janeane Garofalo and the rest of the 2-week-old Air America lineup instead were treated to Spanish-language broadcasting. Multicultural Radio, which owns 32 radio stations that broadcast in 22 languages, reportedly pulled the plug on Air America at KBLA in Los Angeles and WNTD in Chicago after it bounced checks written to Multicultural Radio. In its lawsuit filed in New York Supreme Court, Air America asks for a temporary restraining order so that Multicultural Radio will return access to its airwaves.

Err America should sue stations carrying Limbaugh and say they should be on instead.
I'm sure they'll find a liberal judge who will decree the station must take off Limbaugh and put on Franken.

Air America needs to stay on the air until every dollar of that check is counted. Plus, some dollars were intimidated by Republican operatives and could not get to the bank.

NY Times Radio Network Ordered Back On in Chicago
A New York State Supreme Court justice ruled yesterday that the liberal talk-radio network, Air America Radio, be put back on the air in Chicago, a day after it was dropped there because of a contract dispute. Justice Marylin G. Diamond issued a restraining order that would allow Air America's programs to be switched on today. Air America must post a $156,000 bond, a condition that its chairman, Evan Cohen, said the company would meet.

If they came up with a Cashier's check for the money and the owner still refused to let them on, I can see possibly a Judge doing this...maybe.
If that isn't what happened, this would be beyond reason.

Why is New York the jurisdiction for disputing a Chicago radio station?

Air America said Thursday it had obtained a temporary restraining order against Multicultural "forcing them to put us back on the air." The order, which was filed in New York where Multicultural is based, does not apply to Los Angeles, however.
