Good looks? You be the judge:
""There was this tremendous love story between Karla and prison minister Dana Brown that the world has yet to hear about, both Karla and Dana had a passion to serve God that's what drew them together, death row just happened to be the setting.""
Is the "prison minister Dana Brown" male or female, and if female did KFT's Christianity grow out of a lesbian relationship with this "prison minister"?

It will probably win some actress another Oscar.... Susan Sarandon or Meryl Streep.

FYI. . .Texas Governor may issue one 30-day stay but has no power of reprieve. That power rests with Pardons and Paroles. Not that the rats would care. . .
To: SpookBrat
You are right. One 30-day stay, only.

"If my memory is correct, this is the woman who murdered another person in cold blood by stabbing her to death as her victim begged for a swift death".
This is the woman that stabbed a man around 100 times and she said she had an orgasm every time the she stabbed him. If I remember right the guy was a mechanic that had done work for her and her boyfriend and they went back to rob him. The orgasms were a bonus.

"murderers are supposed to be executed."
I know that I'm late in the thread (working? sic).
FYI. The unsolved "Possum Murder" happened around the time Tucker did the deeds in Houston.
Possum's was a convience store in Arlington, Texas. Tucker was known to be in the area during the time of this event. The MO was the same...murder by pickaxe with the murder weapon left embedded in the victim (skull).
During the time of Tucker's execution, the Arlington, TX PD was all new, no old timers on the detective staff to recall the unsolved Possum Murder. It is unlikely that Houston was Tucker's first and only.

I remember a case in S. Fla from about 25 yrs ago.
Seems a woman was abusing and neglecting her kids and one of them died.
She was sentenced to yrs. in prison.
Well, a Christian man started working with her and after a yr. or two claimed she was 'born again.
The two of them solicited the parole board for her release. The woman was to marry the man when she got out.
The parole board released her.
She disappeared. Just took off. I don't recall her ever being found.
Just remembered her name... Lois Naza (sp) I think.
Needless to say, I'm very skeptical of these 'conversions'.

I have been wanting for some time to write a book about the victims in cases like these. Or rather before they became the victim. My dad was killed too. It bothers me that fathers, sisters, friends, spouses, etc. who had real stories in their lives get reduced to the status of "victim", yet you have to know of every boo-boo their murderer ever had.

How do you stop yourself from plotting and executing vengeance for your son?
If the system does not give us justice, surely we are entitled to seek justice ourselves.

I don't know if you've heard the buzz about this yet, but there is a book being released soon, "Meals to Die For", by a man named Brian Price.
He went to prison, and served 14 years. While he was there, his job was cooking last meals for Death Row inmates.
His book is a case study and cookbook of those he has cooked for. Karla Faye was one of them.
I think the book will be released in a couple of months.

Is the "prison minister Dana Brown" male or female, and if female did KFT's Christianity grow out of a lesbian relationship with this "prison minister"? I know the couple who were cast in the starring rolls--female and male.
KFT murdered. However, according to God's standard of justice we are all deserving of death, if we violate His law in any fashion. Lie, covet, murder...He considers them all damnable offenses.
According to the New Testament (Romans 2:23-24) all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. That's a death sentence which none can escape, but God has made a way. (Romans 10:9) "...if [one] confesses with [his] mouth Jesus Lord, and believes in [his] heart that God raised Him from the dead, [he] shall be saved." Saved from the 2nd death (Rev 20:14-15), the lake of fire.
Only God knows if KFT's name is in the book of life. It is His desire that none should perish. Even KFT.

I live in Houston, and remember when this happened. Im sorry if her Mother whizzed in her Cheerios when she was young, but she was a total waste case. For whatever reason she should have and she did pay the ultimate price.
Im so happy she found the Lord before she died, but people like her are the reason we have the death penalty.
BTW, for all of us Dubya admirers the heat was on him big time from Pat Robertson to of course all of the usual suspects, but Governor Bush stood firm. Right then, and there the world should have gotten a clue. He says what he means.

I doubt it.
This seems to be a well-timed sidelong stab at W, pardon the bad the bad pun.
I'm sure that W's "cruel mockery" of her will be part of the "story".
The liberal crapaganda juggernaut never stops rolling.
I marvel that no one is making a "biographical" movie of W's life, including of course, his battle with drink, Laura's unfortunate accident and the twin's nights on the town.
They have 8 months to film that.
I'll be shocked if they don't.
OTOH, maybe someone will do a half-hour special recreating Kerry's time in Viet Nam.

They really know how to spin, don't they? I could care less about her alledged love interest. This woman murdered two people in a horendous manner. She deserved death.

Our youngest was just 7 at the time. Our focus was on him. Neither of us could commit an atrocity and leave him to just the other to raise.
And I guess it all boils down to the fact that we are law abiding people.
We forced him to stay in prison for the max amount of time. And there is some comfort in the knowledge he will face GOD one day.
Not to say IF he tried to come after us for keeping him in prison so long, we wouldn't exercise our 2nd amendment rights.
We both CCW.
