We've all done it. You've just gotten home, logged on to FR, and are scrolling down the "Latest Posts" page, deciding which thread will get your attention this evening, when THAT SCREENNAME jumps out at you in a "to" or "from" position. You are powerless to resist; if THAT GUY's there, it's gonna be a good thread...
All of us have our own "favorites" among the many colorful souls who congregate at this fine website. They could be someone you disagree totally with, agree completely with, or somewhere in between. They might be a fount of useful information, links, and facts. Our favorite might be devastating at the art of debate; demolishing opponents in truly unique style, or he might be just plain nuttier than squirrel dung, but fun nonetheless.
Perhaps your favorite FReeper has a way with words; an excellent writer. Maybe they are someone highly experienced in a particular field, with knowledge that many do not posess. Maybe they're dumber than a bag of hammers.
Point is, no matter what the reason, our "favorite FReepers"' handle attached to a thread makes it all the more interesting to us; it guarantees a wild ride or sublime pleasure in the reading and learning. It may also guarantee an increase in blood pressure and indigestion, but one thing's for sure...that thread HE's on is gonna get a hit or two, and it won't be boring.
I've got more than a few of my own, and I'm sure all of you do as well. WHO'S YOURS?????????????????

Thank you MeekOne for the ping...
I see post 297 had a comment aimed at me deleted... maybe the author would like to PM me the comment and we'll discuss it off the boards... ; )

Right back at ya...
Gamecock, who knows his way around sentences, Scripture, sarcasm, silliness and common sense. And whose FReeper name is a hoot.
RnMomof7, who gets to the Scriptural point faster than anyone, and uses it to pierce the pretensions of the misguided.
And I agree -- the entire GRPL, for their stalwart testimonies and guiding lights.

Dang it. I'm on nobody's list. I guess I'd better go back to posting only in haikus on certain days... On no list of greats,

and conspires alone.

Wanna argue about something? LOL I love to argue ya know Not right now, thanks, but maybe later! That (R)ah-(R)ah-sis-boom-bah stuff gets pretty dull after a while. :-D
I agree with you about Laz and Mineral Man, tho' I agree with MM about 50% of the time. But that's what makes FR more interesting.

You, sir are THE linkmeister, and are so linked [somewhere] in my own hodgepodge of a profile page for that reason.

"Remember UglyBiker?" He's still around. Uglybiker is a real gentleman, and another of my favoite FReepers.

I never missed a post from BOYD or BABYLONIAN. Every post succinct, informative, insightful and clever.
They seem to be gone, but not forgotten. Anyone know about either?

BTW, my favorite poster is OWK. The best writer I have encountered on FR. Yeah, and I can't understand why he got banned. He was such a nice guy and so polite especially when he had a disagreement.

You Doc are my very favorite freeper. I am always amazed at the clear presentation you make of the reform position...and your "edgy" humor makes me LOL.
I also love the_doc , who is not around much any more , and Pastor Jerry and OP and Woody ...heck I love all the GRPL as faithful witnesses to the grace of God to men
I also love my regular nemesis Mack , I respect Becky for her "long suffering ">)
Mack is a wonderful Christian brother..(now if he ever became a calvinist he would be PERFECT :>)))

Favorites? I'd have to say SneakyPete, gcruse, Laz, and my buddy Bella Bru. These are (were) people I could disagree with yet they had something good to say.

Thanks for the honorable mention! LOL!
I have been reading this thread from time to time out of curiosity to see if my screen name came up, and by golly it did!
I really cannot honestly say who all my favorites are, because everyone but trolls would be included on that list.
I cannot say that I go to a particular thread just because someone has posted a comment.
I click those threads to read the subject matter and have had so many interesting exchanges as a result, with FReepers of all kinds who have helped me to gain further knowledge and also to become a better man!
Cu-dos to all Freepers who all contribute to this great site and my most grateful thank you to Jim for providing this home away from home for all of us.
I now retreat to the ether and turn on my electronic gizmo that bends all light in the spectrum in order to hide my presence.
