As it turns out, Bill Clinton did leave a legacy - a divided America.

well...given Rushes pharmeceutical and legal problems perhaps Rush isn't the best person to raise this issue. The irony might be a bit too rich for human consumption.

Good comments. Thanks for posting this.
I think Fat Teddy should at least be censured in the Senate for his statements. The fact that even Colin Powell commented on them today indicates how far out of line they were.

Viet Nam was all about trying to stop communism. It is hardly a surprise that the left detested that war. President Kennedy was decidedly anti-communist. He would not recognize his party, or his brother's rhetoric were he alive today.
Ted Kennedy should know better than this, but he is arrogantly assured that he will keep his job (king of Mass) no matter how outrageous and anti American his spewing gets. I hope Mass. surprises the heck out of him someday, but I won't hold my breath.

"For senator Kennedy to say that Bush has created the largest credibility gap since Nixon, it's in his mind, it's in the minds of the Democrats and they're frustrated they can't make you believe it. And the reason they can't make you believe it is because it's not true. And why isn't it true? It's because the people of this country trust George Bush personally."
Brilliant stuff from the Rabbi Rush. Also the public may have buyers remorse when it comes to the Clinton years.
