Also .. I want to remind everybody - not once has our President taken cameras into a church with him, except for the memorial service after 9/11.

This is a "photo op" only! That's it. It's phoney and the public will be repulsed by it. We watched Clinton do it for 8 years - we know what's going on this time.

Are you kidding? That's what she looks like when she's smiling.

Why are there always photos of Kerry INSIDE A CHURCH?

We never she President Bush inside a church! If photographed at all; he's usually coming out.

Kerry uses his church visits as PHOTO OPS......What an phony opportunist!

I'm Not 100% sure but I believe it is against church law to take communion in a non Catholic Church?

"Disclaimer: The above image was not doctored in any way."

Maybe not, but that's a picture of Dean. The back half of the picture was Kerry.

No, there's no need for Catholics to get permission for taking communion in Orthodox churches. They're considered fully in communion with the Roman Catholic Church. Also true of the (forgive me if I'm getting the exact name wrong) Polish National Catholic Church. Actually went to Church for the first time in several years today (luckily, I didn't go up in flames) and read about precisely that in the missal.

Now Anglican? I hadn't heard that that was permissible even with any permission. While they may resemble Catholicism more than almost any other Protestant Church, I don't -believe- there is a requirement for Apostolic Succession among their priests and bishops, so it's simply not doable. I could be wrong there, but I don't think so.

Speaking as a former ECUSA member who recently joined the Catholic Church - - Catholics are not permitted to receive in an Anglican church. As you surmised, it's a problem with the Apostolic Succession. In the bull Apostolicae Curae, Pope Leo XIII declared that the Apostolic Succession in England was broken by the change in the words of consecration under Edward VI. Thus Anglican orders are invalid.

Also, not all Anglicans believe in the Real Presence (very high Anglicans do, but middle or low church do not necessarily).
