Very funny.....loved it. In my house every, and I mean every clock as well as my wristwatch is atomic. Does this mean they will detonate when the little hand is on the "2" and the big hand is on the "12"? If it is dark outside when this happens...this means I will be sleeping.

Even broken clocks are right twice a day. :)

Sent that to Hannity or Rush for them to use. Still laughing!

Shhhh... On most analog clocks, you CAN'T turn the hour hand. You have to complete one revolution clock-wise of the minute hand to advance the time one hour.
By the time the dummies figure it out, it will be past election day (and time to reverse the process).

And this is a good weekend to change the batteries in your smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors.Also, some of the more stuffy, uptight people
on this forum should also take this opportunity
to change the batteries in their sarcasmeter.

While I agree with the start of DST, I would prefer that it end at the beginning of October rather than the current end of October.
Sunrise starts getting late (around 6:45am) when October rolls in.

They will, but then we'll be late (or early) as we'll still be subtracting or adding an hour to whatever the clocks say.

So, not content with stealing a huge portion of my income via oppressive taxation, the state will now steal one hour of my time??? Hmmmmm???????

Right you are red. But in my case it works, I just never set them back.
Still, I'm better off than, say, Saudi Arabia where it's still the 7th century.

Off topic..but in reference to your tag. I am nursing three newborn kitties abandoned by their momma. It is a full time job. Where I go, they go. Good thing I am the boss at work. Staff want to talk to me, and they might find me nursing. :) The kitties are soooo cute. Black as night. After the will to live this past week, they could be dubbed the Viking Kittens. However, when they listen to jazz in my office, they are the Hep Cats. :) I consider this the ultimate sacrifice...I'm not even a cat person.

"Effin' Kerry loves daylight savings time. It allows him to set his clock forward, but then set it back, every year." Wasn't Al Bore the guy who invented Daylight Savings Time?

How about Idaho. It's my first spring here?Well, in Southern Idaho you are already one hour ahead of us in the North - so I don't think it is necessary ;-}

As well as giving him an opportunity to remind everyone that he is, in fact, a Vietnam veteran. Which side ?
